Spacious 1500 square feet single-level Villa. This is one of the largest Villas in Queens Grant. Living Room has vaulted, beamed ceiling with ceiling fan, and includes two full size leather sofas, loveseat and large cable TV with DVD/VCR. Dining Room seats 6 comfortable. Villa sleeps 6-8. Villa also has wireless cable.

Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, dresser with mirror, full private bath, cable TV, ceiling fan, and sliding doors to a private deck that overlooks the lagoon and second-hole green of Trent Jones Golf Course. Guest Bedroom has two full-size beds, dresser, full bath, cable TV and ceiling fan. Full-size sleeper sofa in Living Room is also available.

Private entrance is close to parking. Outside shower for sand rinse. Pets and smoking are not permitted in the Villa.

  • WE HAD A WONDERFUL VACATION AT THIS VILLA. THE HOME HAS REALLY NICE FURNISHINGS. WE ENJOYED THE BEACH, THE OCEAN, THE POOL, THE LAGOON, AND EVEN PLAYED GOLF AT ROBERT TRENT JONES.
