My family of stayed here temporarily while we waited to move into our home on Davis Monthan AFB. Great location in a safe and friendly neighborhood. The owners are extremely nice and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Their children even gave my one-year-old son a "welcome-to-the-neighborhood" gift!

My family and I relocated from the east coast and thankfully we "stumbled" upon this great gem of a home for transitional housing. The split layout is great. The accessible outside upstairs balcony is ideal for quite reading with a view, and the fully furnished loft can be used as an additional hang-out for teens or guest space. The house is very neat and clean, as is the neighborhood and community complex. The furniture accommodations answered our every need...they were elegant yet very practical The yard had a great grilling and patio area to relax and enjoy, and the gated property is great for those with pets or small children to roam and play. The location of this property is right in the heart of beautiful north Tucson; very close to all the major malls and shopping centers, etertainment venues, great restaraunts, medical centers, parks, golfing, and walking/hiking trails. Once again,the location is perfect in every way! Bosque Creek is also situated just a few miles from the base of the Catalina Mountains. Wow! What spectacular views! This house is great for a young family of five or even a single or retired couple to enjoy. The price was very reasonable, a lot less than what's out there for such great quality...trust me we looked and research for days! Highly recommend this place for a vacation stay, a winter over home, or a long term temporary housing residence. Either way you can't go wrong. I give this place a two thumbs up!

My family of 6 stayed at the house over Christmas and loved it. It was very clean and comfortable, with lots of privacy for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware, storage containers and cutlery/glasses. We had a baby of 15 months and he was very safe there. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe, and in a good location.

We recently stayed in this house for a month and thoroughly enjoyed being there. The rooms are spacious, very clean, tastefully furnished and the master bedroom bed is very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and attractive and in a very convenient location for hiking, biking, shopping and dining out. The owners couldn’t have been any more hospitable. They welcomed us warmly and were very helpful before our arrival and during our visit. We hope to stay here in the future.

I had a great stay at the house,I was greeted very nicely when we arrived (showed the house) and when we left...the house is in a great location, with easy access to where ever we needed to go and the privacy of a small neighborhood, for moring walks with friendly people.We found the house to be neat and very well kept, I'm sure we will enjoy the house in the future....thanks

Very clean, nice, updated house. We had a great experience here. The location is great. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The owners are VERY accommodating. Would rent here again.
