Beautiful unobstructed mountain and lake views from our 2000 sf end-unit townhome in Saddle Ridge with large PRIVATE deck and six-person HOT TUB.
The Saddle Ridge complex is located within Wildernest on Buffalo Mountain, above Silverthorne in the valley below.
> Our fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with gas fireplace, are on the main floor along with our deck and hot tub.
> Two large bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a "sleep-comfort" king bed; the guest bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. Each bedroom hasits own private full baths and dual sinks.
> Third bedroom on lower level has one queen bed plus a bunk bed sleeping another 2, and is adjacent to the den with a queen sofa sleeper and serviced by a third full bath.
> Full laundry upstairs.
> Cable TV’s are in both the living room and den (with DVD).
> Ideal for three couples or two families.
Watch the sun rise over the Continental Divide from our living room and deck nearly 1000 feet above the valley and Silverthorne, along with nice views of Lake Dillon from both the Master and Guest bedrooms. Keystone ski runs (5 miles away) are visible from bedrooms, living room, hot tub and deck.
We are located on Wildernest Road, just off the Silverthorne exit from I-70. About 15 minutes from Keystone and Copper; 20 to A-Basin, Loveland, and Breckenridge; 30 to Vail and 90 to Steamboat.
Plenty to do for non-skiers as well. Many factory outlet stores are located at the main entrance to Wildernest, along with a variety of restaurants and nightlife. We are within walking distance to National Forest hiking and snowshoeing trails. The free Summit Stage transit service stops just a block away, and services all of Summit County, including Copper, Breckenridge, and Keystone. Also services the nearby Silverthorne Rec Center with indoor pool and fitness center.

Why the Owner Chose Other Silverthorne Properties
Being within 20 minutes of 4 major ski areas was our main draw, other than being reasonably close to Denver. We like the amenities afforded Summit County (shopping, restaurants, other recreational activites, etc.) as compared to more remote Colorado.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
#1 we enjoy the morning sunrises and evenings on our deck. Our mountain views are as nice as they get in Wildernest!

We purchased our second home to be able to visit our kids (grown) and 2 grandchildren living in Denver more often. This location in central Colorado is indeed "God's Country" which is how we named it. Buffalo Mountain is the large mountain to the right of I-70 as you approach the exit ramp to Silverthorne. Our Saddle Ridge complex is about 2 miles up that mountain. The entire area is referred to as Wildernest.
