Formerly known as Leisure World, Laguna Woods Village is one of the largest and nicest senior communities (55+) in Orange County and in America, we have it all... a 27 hole golf course ($8 to golf), tennis complex, 7 clubhouses, 5 pools/spas, 2 fitness centers, equestrian stables, badminton, basketball, volleyball, Shuffleboard, Bocce Ball, Lawn bowling, Billiards, Ping-Pong, Game Rooms, auditorium/theater, computer classes, arts & crafts center featuring ceramics, painting, drawing, slipcasting, sewing, jewelry-making, lapidary, stained glass, intarcia, woodworking, digital photography, and metal arts.
Our unit is close to a lovely walking path set in a parklike setting on Aliso Creek, and is designated as a bird sanctuary. One of the nicest features in this community is not only the safe and secure feeling but the mature landscaping. As you enjoy a leisurely walk you'll see beautiful mature magnolia trees, birds of paradise, an array of palms, flowers and so much more... not to mention that we're only 7 miles from the beach. This huge guard gated community is close to everything. Laguna is not only the garden spot of Orange County, it has one of the best climates year round of anywhere in the world.
Our condo has been recently remodeled with ceramic tile floors, mirror work and a new kitchen that's been opened to the living room and the spectacular view, creating a great room effect. It's beautifully decorated and furnished in soft contemporary tones and is so comfortable you will not want to leave. There's a huge laundry room right in front of our unit. We've tried to think of everything to make your stay a wonderful experience.

We have just stayed at this property for 6 weeks and it is lovely. The kitchen is new, and every room is bright, comfortable, and clean. We loved staying here and would not hesitate to return.
