Long-term rentals only. This comfortable home is situated 1 1/2 blocks from the beach on a quiet street in an established neighborhood. Interior is nicely furnished and has been newly decorated in beach tones. The kitchen was remodeled in 2007.
With two bedrooms one with a queen bed and one with a double bed and two full baths it is perfect for small or medium sized family. The living room has a sectional sofa and a cable TV. There is a dining table for meals. The kitchen with new maple cabinets is fully equipped and has everything you need such as dishes, silverware, cookware, even down to the wine glasses.
The separate family room has a sofa, cable TV, DVD, CD player, writing/computer desk, and provides space for additional sleeping quarters.
There is sliding glass door between the living room area and the family room, perfect for those who want to have privacy (such as TV watching) in two different areas.
If you are a computer user, broadband internet access is provided.
The backyard is very private, has 8x8 paver walkways and was designed to create a tropical hideaway atmosphere. There is a granite-type outdoor dining table with large shade umbrellas where you can enjoy your breakfast, work on your suntan or just relax on a lounge chair. Occasionally you can see the pelicans and parrots flying above the yard.
Madeira Beach location is near many attractions. John's Pass Village is conveniently located 3/4 of a mile away (you can walk on the beach to reach it) with restaurants, outdoor music, many shops, sightseeing boats, casino boats, fishing, renting sea scooters, etc. Or you can watch the dolphins play in the bay. Another attraction, Seabird Sanctuary, is about four miles to the North.
Orlando/Disney World is about two hours by car. In addition you can see Tampa Bay Buccaneer Football games, Busch Gardens and Universal Studios. Tampa Int'l Airport is 40 minutes away.
Madeira Beach sunsets are magnificent. Sometimes you can even observe weddings taking place on the beach at sunset .
