Charming cabin on Lake Allatoona with easy access to the marina's private loading dock. Boats and watercraft must be stored in parking area, there is no private dock for boat storage. Loading dock is located directly in front of cabin for easy access! Cabin has been recently remodeled with light coastal colors and wood floors. Family room has vaulted wood ceilings and panoramic views of the lake. Enjoy morning coffee or evening dinners and cocktails on the patio overlooking the lake!

Walk to the end of the yard and throw a line to fish or take the cabin's own canoe for afternoon voyage or evening sunsets. Cook out and enjoy your own private picnic table during the day. Use your own private fire pit for evening roasting of marshmallows.

2 bedrooms and 1 office with a full-size futon bed, one full bath, full sized eat-in kitchen open to vaulted family room has all the room you need even for a large family!
