The Normandy Condotel (16 Paradise Lane) is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood, directly on Boca Ciega Bay. Gorgeous waterfront view from living room window. Dolphins, dolphins, and more dolphins! Fish from our dock. Swim in a beautifully heated pool. Covered parking suitable for boat/trailer.

BBQ with friends that you will make and keep for many years to come. Completely appointed, right down to the bicycles, pool floats, coolers and hair dryer. Just bring your bathing suit and toothbrush, relax and have fun!

This is our "getaway home" and we would love to share it with you! You will not be disappointed. We have renters who have been with us for many, many years. References provided.

    • We live in Tampa (30 minutes away) but were looking for a long weekend getaway. And, this is the place! Very clean, well decorated, the picture window view is amazing. We will definitely visit again.

    • We stayed in the this unit for the month of March 2007. The owners are friendly & eager to please & have done a wonderful job of making this a clean & cheery seaside resort. The area is quiet & has a golf course & beach within walking distance. We hope to return many times in the future!

    • this december-january 2008 will be the 3rd year we have stayed at this property. we love the very quiet area and this unit is beautiful. the view across the wide bay is wonderful. we have indeed found a home away from home.the unit is clean,quiet and well decorated and we plan on returning yearly.
