This was our second summer vacation at the condo. This condo is a perfect home away from home. It's very clean, nicely furnished, and well equipped with paper and cleaning supplies. The owner is very friendly and helpful. My sun and I have a wonderfull vacation. And we come back next year.

This was our second June at the condo, and we're renting it again in Dec and next June. This condo is a perfect home away from home. The description of the property was accurate and the photos gave a faithful reflection of the property. It was clean and well maintained and the owner was the epitome of good service. In fact very obliging given our difficult circumstances requiring flexable arrival and departure dates. He was very obliging and I would gladly recommend this property to anyone. Great value and very comforable.

Nice and well kept unit with all you need to spend a vacation with the family. I loved the fact that they had many of the basic kitchen supplies you may need so I did not have to run to the supermarket for the soap, oil, etc. They are very nice to deal with and accomodating.

THIS IS THE 3 MARCH WE HAVE RENTED THIS PARTICULAR CONDO AT MID MARI. AND EACH YEAR WE ENJOY IT MORE AND MORE. THE CONDO IS NEAT AND CLEAN. EACH YEAR AN UPDATE HAS BEEN DONE FOR OUR PLEASURE OR TO KEEP IT UPDATED AND EFFICIENT. I PARTICULARLY LIKE THE OPEN KITCHEN WITH BAR. WE HAVE FOUND OUT IN THE PAST, THAT THE PULL-OUT COUCH IS VERY COMFORTABLE. THE OTHER GUESTS ARE SOCIABLE AND FRIENDLY. SOME INFORMAL SOCIALIZATION TAKES PLACE AND ANYONE IS FREE TO GATHER FOR CONVERSATION OR TO ENJOY YOUR PRIVACY, AS YOU WISH. THIS MARCH WAS COOLER THAN MOST, YET THE SHELTERED HEATED POOL WAS STILL ENJOYED. THE BEACH NEARBY IS GREAT AND I FIND PACKING EASY, AS EVERYTHING YOU NEED FROM CHAIRS TO BEACH TOWELS ARE AVAILABLE. WE OFTEN USED THE GRILL IN THE PATIO AREA, HOWEVER ON VACATION GOING OUT TO EAT IS ALWAYS A MUST. THIS YEAR WE FOUND SOME UNIQUE PLACES TO EAT FROM THE BLUE MOON FOR SUNDAY BRUNCH TO A SMALL BAR, BRINEY'S, FOR GREAT SHEPARD PIE. IF YOU LOVE SEA FOOD, SUCH AS FRESH OYSTERS, SHRIMP,ROCK CRAB CLAWS AND SNOW CRAB LEGS, THE ARC, THOUGH A 25 MINUTE RIDE, WILL NOT DISAPPOINT ANYONE. THE BUFFET HAS EVERYTHING TO MEET ANYONE'S TASTE BUDS. THIS IS DEFINITELY A GREAT PLACE TO VACATION. OTHER GUESTS BECOME FRIENDS. WE WILL RETURN FOR AS LONG AS WE CAN.

I stayed in Unit 207 for 2 months and had a great Holiday. It was a very safe, quiet and well equipped. Everyone I met in the building were very friendly and Frank the owner came by once a week to check on things. I felt right at home here and would definitely stay there again. I stayed in Unit 206 for three months. It is clean, comfortable, quiet, safe and a great location. You can walk to the beach. Everything you need is in this unit along with a pool right outside your door. Everyone is friendly. The owners are great. I would highly recommend staying here for any length of time.

The apartment had comfortable amenities, except for the living room sofa. Property located in a quiet area and one needs a car to get around, i.e. stores, restaurants, etc. A short walk to the beach and located close to Riverside west of the A1A; therefore, you do not hear the noise from the A1A from the apartment.

We have stayed in apt. 206 for 2 weeks (2 adults and a baby)in May. It was such a great place to stay at because literally it had everything you can imagine (even a toolbox with some tools etc...), there was not a thing that we needed and could not find in that place. Very clean apartment and building itself, nice neighbours and very friendly environment, so close to the beach. Defenetly will come again and will advertise it to our friends. You cannot compare it to a hotel because this is so much better...

We stayed at the condo 206 for the month of january 2009 the condo was very confortable, clean, and we ad everything we need, well equipped there was nothing missing, we enjoyed the pool, very quiet location near the beach, we will go back again and we highly recommended that condo.

We were in Pompano Beach for the month in January 2009 and had a great time. It was clean and equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. They were right to say just bring your toothbrush and bathing suit. It is a short (block) walk to the beach and within walking distance (mile or less) to the ice cream shop! We met some very fun and friendly people during our stay and will go back if we get the chance.

Lise and I have been going to Florida at Christmas time for the last thirty years, and we believe this condo was our best experience. Nothing was missing in that condo, very clean, a large closed bedroom, and fairly quiet. Five minutes to the beach, this year was sunny and warm; very pleasant. We really enjoyed it a lot. We stayed at the condo, Room 207, in July 2008, for the first time. Immediately upon arrival, we felt at home. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean as a whistle, and offers you all of the conveniences and amenities to make your stay a pleasant and comfortable one. The location is great, in close proximity to many great restaurants and attractions, and just a short 1 1/2 block walk to the beach, but the pool at the condo is so nice, clean and quiet, you may never want to leave! The owners can't do enough for you during your stay, and are readily accessible if you have any issues, which we did not. The price is very reasonable, hard to beat in todays economy. We would HIGHLY recommend this place for a long or short stay. We will definitely go back!

This was our first time visiting the Fort Lauderdale area. We stayed at this condo with a family of four and it was perfect setting for our family. We enjoyed everything. It was only a block from the beach(walking distance), quiet atomsphere, clean unit, very friendly owners and other guest within the condo area. The condo unit was well equipped with anything you could possibly need during your stay. If I ever return to the Fort Lauderdale area again for vacation, I would definitely look this condo unit up again. I highly recommend this condo unit.

Me and my mother have rented the condo twice. First time, the owners had been very nice. And we had been surprised by all the ammenities that made the apt so confortable, bed, kitchen, bathroom, etc. Second time I counted on owners because my mother, an old lady without car, would arrive there before myself. Not only they did not deceived me but I was overwhelmed by their attention to my mother. Also they were always availabe in case something did not work or we needed help. I would strongly recommend it.

We rented this condo in May 2008 for 2 weeks. We were 3 adults and one toddler. Everything was perfect: the condo was confortable and clean, fully furnished, the beach, 2 minutes away by walk, was big, quiet and the sea was calm most of the time (good for babies), the neighbourhood was quiet, the pool was perfect and always warm and quiet, many activities available around, perfect for family vacation. I think that even if there seems to be a good public transportation system, renting a car was an excellent idea. We picked Budget, they offered good rates. The weather in May was perfect in my opinion: 30 degrees with no humidity and no rain. We didn't even use the air conditioning at night! The strong fan on the ceiling was enough. I really recommend this place.

We were so pleased with the accomodations.All the little extras were unexpectd. It was great to have kithchen condiments and essentials awaiting our arrival. We only had to pick up perishables and staples and were ready to enjoy the pool and warm weather. Our host was extraodinarily helpful when a medical emergency and hospital stay interrupted our vacation. Will hope to rent again this following winter!!

January 2007 was our first time renting a condo in Florida for a month. We were very pleased when we arrived to see how well equipped #207 was to meet our needs. This condo is better than you can imagine! From sand toys for the beach to a full array of kitchen tools, everything you need for a relaxing stay is provided. It is super clean, quiet and in an excellent, safe area with good off- street parking. Highly recommended!

In our case it was a perfect location, just a few minutes drive from our aunt´s home and of course with the ocean and beach a short walk away. Price quality ratio very good - in Spain it would have been more expensive. Since it was my first time renting in the US I didn`t quite know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised - there were even beach loungers available to take to the beach, beach towels, and kitchen basics such as coffee, salt, all cleaning products etc. Both my cousin and I coincide that it will be a good place to go back to when we (probably) return next year.

We just returned home from a week's stay at this location. We couldn't have been happier. The condo was well-furnished with everything we needed. The grounds, are meticulously kept with beautiful landscaping. The pool is kept at an ideal temperature and was never crowded. The location is a quiet respite yet conveniently located to everything and a very short walk to the beach. We were very pleased and will definitely book here again if we return to the area.

My family spent the week of December 23-January 1, 2006 at this condo. We had a great time, the condo was well equiped with everything you need. It was very clean and everyone we met in the area was very nice. It is a short walk to the beach and the pool area is very nice. If you want to have a nice relaxing vacation this will be the place to go.

My parents spent two months at this condo and were very happy and comfortable with it. They chose not to rent a car and found it very easy to get around either by walking or taking public transporation. The beach is a short walk nearby. The condo is very clean, neat and has plenty to offer! They also met very wonderful people within the complex that made thier stay even nicer.

This was an amazing rental! The location was ideal. the apartment sparkling clean, and it was furnished beyond expectations. Using the kitchen was a joy; every imaginable tool was there. It will certainly warrant a return from us! See you next year.
