THE VILLA
Pricessa Del Mar Villa rests in the beautiful Riviera Maya within the private gated community of Puerta Aventuras. The model style home with large entertainment rooms, including a living room, dining room, family room and pool table room sits on the water and boasts 8,000 square feet of living space with 4 spacious bedrooms, all with ocean and private lagoon views. Three spacious rooms have 2 king or 2 queen beds with a private bathroom and terrace ,4th room has a king bed, all very accommodating for family, friends or perhaps prestigious clients. (5th room has no terrace). The large kitchen and pantry area allow for great meal preparation by the wonderful Villa cook. Other amenities like a washer/dryer and 52 inch TV bring some of the comforts of home right to you. Perhaps the most inviting area of the home is the pool area complete with a large sitting area under a typical style “palapa”, wonderful private swimming pool, with no swimming curfews, a water slide, BBQ, separate bathroom and shower facilities and of course, spectacular views. A walk down the poolside steps to the lagoon area brings you to the private beach where kayak journeys can begin out to the lagoon or ocean. The Villa has its own kayaks, no need to rent. As mentioned, the Villa sits on the lagoon and with a short, approximately 30 yard stroll, you reach the internationally famous Riviera Maya beaches with their white sand and turquoise blue water. The sandy beach has area famous coral reefs that offer some of the best snorkeling in the area with ample colorful marine life. Vacationers swim with the sea life, feed the fish or just take lazy strolls along the beach. All beaches in the Riviera Maya are available to all vacationers.
PUERTO AVENTURAS
The home and all of its amenities offer enough for most anyone seeking a fantastic Riviera Mayan vacation. However, Puerto Aventuras is a wonderful location. While becoming famous for its Dolphin Discovery Program where you can swim and interact with the friendly bottlenose dolphins, Puerto and its marina offers so much more. It’s known for its golfing, world class deep sea fishing tours, glass bottom boat adventures and much more. Perhaps Puerto’s allure is its charm. A beautiful marina with cobblestone walkways and bridges that are surrounded by cute restaurants and shopping areas, Puerto is a vacationers paradise. There will always be dolphins serenating your walks in this marina. You will also see large sting rays, Caribbean manatees and other local area sea life. Most vacationers sit and relax outdoors while having a cappuccino, a meal or perhaps just a smoothy. A 5-10 minute walk or a 2-3 minute golf cart ride away, Puerto Aventuras Marina will leave a beautiful memory of your vacation in the Riviera Maya.
THE AREA
Need more? The Riviera Maya offers enough adventures for months of entertainment and all are just minutes away. To kick off theses adventures, there’s a supermarket right outside the gated community. Playa del Carmen lies about 15 minutes away and has a Sams Club, Walmart and countless shopping areas. The best of Playa of course is 5th avenue. This pedestrian only walkway is lined with restaurants strolling musicians, mariachis, and shops. The Adventures? Xplor Adventure Park is 5 minutes away and has the best zip lining in the area and jungle style all terrain rides and float adventures through the jungle river ways. Hidden Worlds, the Aktun-Chen caves and numerous Cenotes lie within 10 minutes of the home. Cenotes are known to be one of the only fresh water cave formations in the entire world. Swimming in these cool fresh water systems in the middle of the jungle is surreal. Scuba diving expeditions occur within these Cenotes and all along the Riviera Maya. For sure the avid Scuba diver will want to experience Akumal, the world famous diving area and its protected sea turtle location which is only 15 minutes away. Tulum, the ancient Mayan ruin site on the beach lies 30 minutes away. Rio Secreto, Cenote Azul and so many more Riveria Mayan locations are very close by. From Playa Del Carmen, a catamaran can zip you over to the beautiful island of Cozumel within 30 minutes.
Villa Services
The Villa rental includes a cook and chamber maid that will attend to your needs. They will do the shopping and cook breakfast, lunch and dinner and provide snacks for the kids at your request. Depending on your arrival time, a warm meal can be waiting for you. The cost of the food is not included; however, the cook can purchase your food and you can reimburse them daily from their receipts. You can coordinate meals in advance with them and they are at the home from 9 AM until 5 PM Monday through Saturday and off Sundays. Rooms are cleaned daily (except Sunday). The outside pool attendant will make sure the pool area is clean and ready for swimming every day. Transportation from the Villa back to Cancun airport is also included in your stay.

Princesa is a family owned private villa and is perfect for large families. We traveling but our most rewarding travels have been on Mission Teams with Saddleback and Mariners Church to the Street Children of Kiev, Ukraine. We have been blessed to participate in missions that included Samaritans Purse. To see those little joyfull faces when they recieve a Christmas shoe boxes full of gifts given to these homeless children and those of Cancer and Eye Hospitals of Ukraine are the most rewarding travels indeed. Life is not perfect but we make the best of what we have been giving. That is why we enjoy the Jungle adventures of the Riviera Maya. From sun bathing, sky diving to deep sea and fresh water cave diving, to pyramid climbing, ziplining over crocks at Pac Chen, the adventures are endless. You will fiind yourself returning to the Riviera Maya.
