Enjoy the morning sun from the fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook and patio, which overlook park-like greenbelt areas with mature trees. We just added new patio furniture and new ceiling fan. Open and airy with vaulted ceilings throughout, the formal dining room seats 6 and the living room features a gas fireplace and a BIG SCREEN thin panel LCD HDTV.
Inviting large master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, TV and loads of storage in oversized dresser and 2 large closets. The master bathroom has 2 sinks with separate area for walk-in shower and commode. Large second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Second bathroom has tub/shower. Queen sleeper sofa in den. Washer/dryer in attached 2 car garage.
The Desert Breezes clubhouse area includes 5 tennis courts (3 with lights), a large pool and spa, and outdoor patio areas. The clubhouse itself features recently renovated TV and reading areas, a well equipped gym, and men’s and women’s locker rooms. Five additional pools with spas are sprinkled throughout the community.

Our home is perfectly situated in a quiet corner of Palm Desert. While you may not feel compelled to leave the beautiful, relaxing grounds of Desert Breezes, nothing you want is very far. We are directly across the street from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and very close to some of the finest restaurants, shopping, and golf in the Valley. We are 3 miles from the freeway and less than a mile to the main highway that runs the length of the valley.

Anne is originally from the Midwest and John is a native Californian. As our family grew we began vacationing in the Palm Desert area since it is an easy drive from our Orange County home. After a few great trips we decided we liked it so much we had to have a vacation home there. Our family loves the sunshine, tennis, swimming, local dining, movies, shopping. It's just the perfect getaway.

Our visit was in the winter. The weather was perfect, mid-70s. The nearby scenary is really beautiful. The house is situated in a very quiet spot, there was no street noise whatsoever. We spent most of our time at the house, did a lot of BBQ's on the patio. The unit is very well maintained. Big screen HDTV is a plus for movies and ball games. We plan to return next year.

We've stayed there several times now. We love the house and the Desert Breezes Community. We walked to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden for the tennis matches. Can't beat the location. Very close to excellent restaurants/shopping. We plan to stay there again. You get a full house with patio and garage for what others charge for a 2 BR condo.

We had a great stay! Loved the house, very spacious and well maintained. Enjoyed the Desert Breezes Community, great grounds, pools and tennis courts. The place is walking distance to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden - absolutely PERFECT place to stay. Very close to fine restaurants and shopping. We'd love to stay there every year.
