This place was perfect! Good location, clean, comfortable and well decorated. The price was very affordable and the owner was wonderful to deal with. This place was a winner! We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Location was excellent - easy to get to Old Town, many golf options, parks for little ones. Owner went above and beyond helping us with restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. Everything was spotless and nothing lacking in amenities. Pool was very handy and private. Enjoyed coffee in the morning on the patio. Would recommend this to friends. Made our first visit to Scottsdale a real treat!

This place was absolutely perfect! The indoor decor is lovely, the back patio great for evenings sipping wine & eating. Just steps from a BBQ & the pool/jacuzzi made for great family meals. Everyone felt right at home here. Having WiFi was great as well as the TV in the master bedroom! The grounds are well maintained and quiet. Looking at the pictures now makes me miss it! The owners went over and above their duties making sure we were welcome and comfortable.The extra car was invaluable as we stayed 3 weeks. The location was excellent, close to old town, shopping, ball games (the trolley just 1 block away), walking & biking paths, parks, groceries, pharmacies, spa's, casino, restaurants,airport,-anything at all you need or want is within <15-30 min walk or drive. If I could give this place & owners more than 5 stars, I would! I highly recommend this rental to anyone who wants a relaxing, reasonably priced place to stay in Scottsdale. We WILL be back next year!

This condo was perfect for us. The location fit our plans to a tee. The condo was very clean and very well kept. It was fully equipped and had everything you could want or need. The owner went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed and knew where things were. Of course our flights were delayed, but he waited for us to get there to get us in and settled. If (when) we come back to visit again, this will be the first place I check to see if it is available. We found everything to be as it was listed on VRBO. I would bring the family back again and will bring my golf buddies for a golf outing imn the future.

The place was amazing. It fit our group of 5 perfectly. It was perfectly located near Old Town Scottsdale, which is where all the good restaurants and bars are located. The owner was knowledgeable about the area giving us good advice. It was near the mountain where we were able to hike.

First, let me start off with a big thank you to the owner of this condo. He was more than accommodating, and went above and beyond what any of us who stayed there could have expected. On to the details. This was our first time renting from VRBO and we couldn't be happier. The entire experience was great. The optional rental car with the condo was flawless. This made our trip truly relaxing. The condo itself was meticulously maintained and updated. The grounds and amenities were exactly as described. The beds, and linens were clean and the most comfortable we have ever slept on. Having the kitchen and grill area made for a great time as we met up with some extended family while we were on vacation. The location is just about the best you could ask for. Close to everything you could possibly want to do. Old Town, Fashion Square, Kierland Commons, and everything in between were so easy to get to. We even took a few day trips to Sedona to see the red rocks as it was only 2 hours away. (A must see in my opinion.) When we had a concern, the owner was there immediately to take care of it, regardless of how small it was. If the water cooler was low, all we had to do was send a text and it was taken care of right away. By far, this was one of the best vacation experiences we have had. We would definitely rent here again!!! Thanks again for a wonderful home away from home.

The condo is located in a great area. It is centrally located which makes it very easy to get around Scottsdale. You can walk to the Fashion Centre and Old Town Scottsdale. We really enjoyed eating on the ground floor balcony....nice view and very quiet. The beds were excellent...very new and so comfortable. My wife and I are avid walkers/runners. From this location we had our choice of the super biking/running trail or the trip around the canal next door. The owner was very helpful.....picked us up and dropped us off at the airport and rented us a car at a very low price. He was always available via webmail to help us with questions about getting around and taking in a National League ballgame. We highly recommend this unit.

For the past few years we have stayed for a week and always look forward to our time. This year we were greeted with new carpets and freshly painted walls! Some of the things we love about this property are the many nearby restaurants, places to shop, and trails to walk or bike. The owner is very friendly and wants to make sure his guests have all the comforts of home.

My wife and I found this condo online and it looked very interesting. so we contacted the owner regarding information on the condo. Well from the very beginning of our conversation he was extremly friendly, down to earth type person and very informative. Any questions we had within a matter of minutes he called us back with not only our questions answered but along with information that was provided regarding the condo, places to dine, things to see in and around Phoenix area. We booked our beautiful condo for Christmas this past year. The owner picked us up at the airport even helped us with our luggage and very warm welcome to greet us. Upon arrival to the condo he showed us around and provided us with information regarding the condo. Any questions we had during our stay we would be able to give him a call. The condo was absolutely beautiful, very clean, fully contained with washer, dryer, beach towels, games, tennis racket just to name a few things. Well the bed was so comfortable it felt like home. The grounds around the condo was very nice along with a heated pool. This was our first time renting a condo in Scotsdale, Arizona and the owner was the one who made this wonderful Christmas Vacation for our family. Our family loved every moment at the condo and will always remember the owner for his wonderful hospitality and knowing you will not go wrong in staying at this beautiful condo. We would most definitely stay their again and also recommend the condo to family and friends. If you want a vaction spot away from home this condo feels like home. The owner picked us up and also dropped us off at the airport. Which is something in itselt as you don't have to worry on how your going to get there and at no extra added cost. The Lexus car that comes with it makes it a complete package. Very special thank you to the owner for letting us rent your beautiful condo and becoming a good freind to us. Great property for our multi-generation family vacation. Condo layout was ideal for multi-age: seniors, young adults, teenager. Location was perfect - access to all of Scottsdale and Tempe convenient... restaurants, shopping, local attractions easy-to-reach. Owner graciously accommodated our questions and needs. No hesitation in recommending to out-of-staters as well as Arizona residents.

We stayed here again in October, 2012. We were delayed because of the airlines but the owner went out of his way to work with us so that we could stay a few extra days. The condo had been newly redecorated and was absolutely beautiful. Didn't need it in our opinion but appreciated it anyway. Will definitely stay again soon.

My family had a great time in this lovely clean condo with pool. It has everything you need and more. Five people had lots of room for a fun vacation. They loved every moment and would love to use this condo next time they visit Phoenix. Great communication by e-mail and every help offered, I cannot express enough how happy we all were with it. We drove to Las Vegas, what a fab place, you pass the Hoover Dam on the way, well worth looking at. There is so much to see and do in Phoenix, visit Aunt Chiladas for a happy evening with Mexican food and great staff. We loved it all.

We had a wonderful time at this property and the condo is ideally located. The owner was very helpful and flexible with our travel plans. The property was as advertised on the website, it's a real value. We enjoyed the pool, tennis court, grills and the outdoor patio (for breakfast, lunch and dinner - not to mention game nights). You are close to everything, from golf, shopping and restaurants. We would recommend everyone take advantage of the vehicle service, the Lexus was in great shape and it sure saved the headaches of a rental at the airport. Be sure to ask the owner for his recommendations, you won't go wrong!

My husband and I decided to spend the winter in Scottsdale AZ. I had a good feeling about this condo so I took a chance and went with it....WOW!!!!! What a perfect choice! The owner is WONDERFUL! He is very attentive and helpful! Such a nice person! The condo itself is very clean. It has comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. We stayed in this condo for two months. I cooked a lot during our two months stay and I can tell you the kitchen has everything you need. There are plenty of towels (even beach towels). The condo is very close to the pool and outdoor grills. The complex is quiet and safe. We even made a few friends in the complex. Great location! Close to Old Town Scottsdale, The AZ Canal, The 101, and Spring Training Ballparks. You can walk (or bike with the two bikes that are included) to Starbucks, Chaparral Park, and Local Restaurants. We ran and biked on the wonderful bike paths and the canal. Would I recommend this condo? 100% YES!!!! Would I stay here again? 100% YES!!!!

We had a very enjoyable time at this condo . It was very close to the pool and grills and had plenty of household supplies such as towels and kitchen utensils to make it a very convenient stay for our family. Six of us stayed there very comfortably but we did have supply our own baby equipment.. Having use of the car and the pick up and drop off service to the airport for our stay was very nice. We would rent this condo again as the location was also very convenient to great restaurants, shopping, and the zoo. The owner was very helpful and personable. I would recommend this condo to friends and family.

What a truly great experience renting this property. This was our first experience renting from a private party. Not only was the condo in a perfect location, clean, comfortable and adorable, but being chauffeured to and from the airport by the owner --priceless! I'm also sure we saved on this trip by taking advantage of the car rental available with this listing. We could find everything using the included GPS. The owner was gracious and accommodating, even assisting with an item left behind. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return ourselves. The Verde Canyon Railroad is only 2 hours from the condo and is well worth the trip.

This condo was better than promised. The place was "clean as a whistle" & very comfortable. The beds & bedrooms were clean & comfortable as well. It's clear that the owner cares about keeping up this property. Cory was very helpful about where to go & what to see & really seemed to care about us having the best possible vacation experience. When I go to Scottsdale again, This is where I'll stay - no brainer, done deal!

We have already made reservations to stay here again. Can't say enough good about the condo. Convenient, immaculate, relaxing, well-equiped, etc. I could go on forever but only a stay here lets you know how great it really is. Kids loved the bicycles, pool and tennis court. Adults loved everything! 2 weeks of complete rest and relaxation!

We really liked this property! It was just like the pictures presented on the website. After our stay, we found out we needed to return to AZ the next month, and felt lucky when it was available for us to stay again!! For us, it was the perfect! Great location; close to downtown Scottsdale (love to shop at Fashion Square and there's so many restaurants) and quick access to the 101 (highway.) I thought it was a very quiet complex and like the fact that it was peaceful whenever we were outside on the patio or at the pool. Everything was very clean and neat. Bedrooms (3) are spacious and the beds are comfy! Nice size closets, also. Bedrooms are carpeted but I like the large tiled floors in the kitchen, bathrooms and living area!. My kids liked being able to watch movies and sports on the wall-mounted flat screen in the living room and I liked having a large flatscreen in the master bedroom. The proximity of this unit to the pool is just great. We liked that we could see the pool from the patio. Just walk out the back door and it's only a few steps to the pool. The linen closet even had beach towels to use at the pool. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities and although we never cooked any meals during our stays, we did enjoy being able to make snacks and appetizers and even threw a few shrimp on the grill - poolside. We love eating out at all the restaurants in the area, our favorite, Houston's, is just down the road. It's an added bonus that Wells Fargo is right down the street and a great grocery store is really close. If you enjoy walking, you could actually walk to all these places. Always so nice to have more than one bathroom (2) and both are updated beautifully as is the entire condo. Another bonus is the washer and dryer! There is a parking space for the condo, but also plenty of extra parking if you need it. There is also a water cooler. Those that I know that live in the area say the tap water isn't too good, so it's so nice to have really good drinking water. When it's super hot, like it was when we were there, you drink a lot of water! On one visit, I had to take a cab to the condo and it was about $30-$35. It's a pretty quick trip to and from the airport from this location. The owners did such a nice job renovating this condo and are absolutely so accommodating, helpful, thoughtful and welcoming! I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

Our stay at the Sunshine Retreat was for my daughter's wedding in nearby Paradise Valley. We were minutes from anything we needed. The condo was roomy and comfortable, completely stocked with essentials. We had room for 3 couples. The car service had to be the best part of the rental. That was the deal maker and a great benefit.

Our experience could not have been any better. The photos on the listing are accurate but the condo is actually nicer. The condo was very clean and well-maintained. The owner was awesome. He was helpful from booking to checking in. He met us at the condo when we arrived and gave us a tour. The condo and surroundings were very nice and we felt very safe. And, it was very quiet. The owner has a book in the condo with restaurants and activities in the Valley. We visit on a regular basis so we know what to do/where to go but if you haven't visited the area before, the book would sure come in handy. You can't beat the location. You can walk to the Starbucks and to several restaurants on Scottsdale Road. There are bicycles at the condo so you can walk or ride along the trails right in the neighborhood. The 101 Loop is very close so you can drive to North Scottsdale or south to Tempe no problem. We stayed a week but I would have been happy to stay two. We would recommend this condo in a minute.

We had a wonderful time during our week at the condo. It felt like home with all the features including a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and spacious room to relax in. We also loved that it was so close to the pool. The condo is in a perfect location . . . close enough to town with plenty of shopping and restaurants and at the same time right by wonderful walking paths. We took daily walks to the park. The added feature of being able to rent the car as well was especially nice since it saved us from the hassle and time involved in the typical car rental. The owner is very personable and made sure we knew where everything was before he left. We are already planning our next stay!

Stayed March 14, 2009 To March 22, 2009. Excellant location, minutes to old town scottsdale and the 101 loop. Three spring training parks wihtin 15 minutes. Airport 15-20 minutes away. Very quiet and clean complex. Grounds cleaned everyday. Condo is right next to the pool and bar b ques which we used often. Condo itself was clean and had been upgraded. Owners very good to deal with. Would stay there again. Owner left maps of locally recomended resteraunts. We went to Uncle Sals which was good food.
