Compare the rates of our beautiful OCEANFRONT beach HOME; (NOT 1/2 OF A DUPLEX). She has stunning views of the Sound also & offers 2,400 sq.' w/5 spacious bedrooms and 3 full baths. Sweeping ocean view from the entire living and kitchen areas as well as two oceanfront bedrooms. The remaining 3 bedrooms have beautiful views the sunset over the sound!
Covered oceanfront porch and 4 decks. 4 of the 5 bedrooms have their own decks & there IS 1 bed & bath on main level; PERFECT to bring parents!
Here is a synopsis given by one of our guests:
"Suppose a hotel room on the ocean is $250.00/…(if you can find one for that amount)..it sleeps at the most 4 people; 1 room, 1 bath. With 8 people you would need 2. Now you are at $500.00/night.
With your home we have IN ADDITION an extra bath, huge decks, covered porch with skylight, large living area, large dining area, full kitchen, parking underneath where you are staying, 3 more bedrooms,& a private beach for less money! Thanks for the great bargain!"
The fall months of September to November are the prime time when the schools of fish run along the coast (including flounder, spot, mullet, and bluefish) then proceed up the Intracoastal Waterway. Fishermen crowd the Sea View Fishing Pier (just a short walk from our home) all night long when the fish are running.

Dear Mary and Richard,
Here is the picture I promised you of our homecoming with our daughter. The older couple in the picture with us is her grandparents who were also able to go and meet her with us. The house was wonderful. Of course our daughter, Katherine, did have to go to work but she enjoyed having her own room for the week. That was a real treat for her as she says for six months she has had to share a room with 20 other people. The weather was cool but we had some walks and found one of your puzzles which we spent many hours working on and enjoying. It was so nice that we all had our own rooms and felt like home all week. Mary and Richard,
As always when you take vacation and you get back to work you have to work twice as hard to catch up. I just wanted to drop you a note and let you know we had a wonderful time again this year. I will send pictures if I ever find time to down load them from the camera!

Thank you, Thank you. Over the last few days we have had a lot of young marines in and out. Everyone's parents want to know how to rent this place when they get here to visit their children, so you have gotten plenty of recommendations. I believe next year when my son comes back after his next tour I will rent one house for myself and my ex husband will rent one for his family. After our wonderful stay I know more family members will want to come in and I will want to continue to host the young marines for a night or two a piece. We had 4 marines here this weekend. I know when I came back I needed a break from reality for a while. I am so happy that they were able to relax by the ocean. It is what my Chaplain and I and a few others had planned to do but I was blown up so didn't return with the unit. They didn't ever make it to the ocean either. You have provided my peace of mind as well as my son and his buddies.
The dolphins have been surfing the waves when the morning tide comes in!

"Well, it's taken me time to get my feet back on the ground.
Will arrived back at Camp LeJeune to his cheering family on April 11th.
It took patience wait over 2 hours for Will's bus to finally pull up. They had food, a clown, balloons etc.for the
waiting families.
When the buses were ready to roll in we were told to look to our left and there the first of 4 buses came around the building. Cheers exploded as familles started waving flags to our retuning heroes. More cheers and long loud clapping as the doors opened to let the guys off.
It took a while to find Will in the crowd. We stood waiting hoping he would find us. I was holding Gracie when I noticed in the distance the tall good looking marine with the dimpled chin walking towards us. I ran along with Emma and Alyssa to be the first to give Will a big hug and kiss. He was so happy to see all his family there to greet him. His girlfriend Melissa was there also. It was nice having the whole family together for this celebration, so this is love, and I am grateful for Will's safe return and for the wonderful family God has blessed me with.
