LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This is a ski in/ski out condominium located in the beautiful Giant Steps Development. Condo was recently renovated and has a fresh coat of paint, new flooring, and new appliances. Master Bedroom has queen bed, guest room has a bunk bed and a twin bed, and family room has a sofa bed. Maximum occupancy is eight.
The condo comes fully furnished with all you will need to enjoy your time there. Entertain, or just relax after a long day of skiing or bike riding. There is a wood burning fireplace, video library, VHS player, and large television with cable t.v. Or you can soak in one of the two hot tubs located in the clubhouse. With the ping pong and pool table, also located in the clubhouse, fun can be had by all.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, utensils, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, trash compactor, and range. Small appliances also provided: toaster, can opener, blender, etc. All you need to bring is your food!
You can't help but enjoy yourself in Brian Head, it is perfect place to spend the winter, and even better place to escape the heat in the summer. Come enjoy some clean mountain air!
We now include two Freedom Ski Passes. These are unlimited use, completely transferable to anyone who wants to use them and saves almost $100.00 per day in lift ticket costs!

We took our 3 teenagers on a holiday ski vacation and had a great time. Weather was beautiful. The condo was very comfortable and clean, and a short walk (5-7 min) to the lifts. Also nice is the underground parking, and the unit is only on the second floor, not too far from stairs, so a very convenient location. Would stay here again.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.

First trip to Brian Head. Condo was spacious, clean, user friendly Great location. Has a hot spa and sauna. Going back and renting same again.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

This condo was great. Hit the slopes for 2 days and was great to just ski up to the front door of the condo at the end of the day and be showered and relaxing in the same amount of time it would take to walk to my car and load it up with the gear. Would highly recommend this condo.
