We cannot even express what a delight it was to stay at Janice's condo. It was clean, well kept and comfortable. It had a lot of little extras that were a big help to us as travelers. The location is 2nd to none. Janice was so quick to get back to every email I sent and in record time. I wish I could move in to this condo....it was perfect.

We had the opportunity to stay at this lovely condo and I think it was our best stay ever! If you are looking for a lovely home that is truly cared for then stay here! This place is truly the gem of Surfside Beach. The owner is an absolute delight to work with!. We will be back again!

There is not one thing I can think of that would have made this condo any better for our vacation. It is immaculate and very comfortable. We loved it so much that we have booked it for 2 separate weeks for next year. Janice is a pleasure to work with, too.

This was our first experience using VRBO. We were thrilled to discover that the accolades for this condo (gem) were right on the money! There is great access to both condo and ocean. The condo was clean, well supplied in every respect, and the sunrise views will take your breath away. The location in Surfside is perfect for access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. We are "seniors" and needed the condo to reflect the description..it did...in spades! Thank you for meeting us Janice on such short notice. It is clear you are in more than the rental business...your kindness is appreciated. Many thanks to you and family.

This was our second year in August, 2010 and it was just as fabulous as the first! Right on the ocean, easy access and all the things to make it homey. Updated kitchen is beautiful and practical. Clean, lots of room and wonderful, wonderful balcony view right in front of the ocean! The pictures don't do it justice. The directions getting there are very accurate and the instructions about the condo and area highlights are wonderful. We used the guest information about dining and entertainment. We would definitely recommend this condo to our friends or anyone seeking a home away from home. Looking forward to next year already!

What a wonderful vacation getaway.... This condo was so adorable and most importantly CLEAN!!! The owners have taken such good care of the place and we really did have a wonderful time! The view was beautiful. The kids loved the pool and the convenient access to the beach was great. My family and I look forward to returning in years to come. Janice, Where do we begin to thank you for letting us stay at your Condo this past week. OH My Is all I can say to how gorgeous and well maintained your condo is. You have a lovely condo and cant wait to come next year to visit again. After the tragic and turmoil of a year we had it was a much needed vacation. You pamper your guests so much. We really enjoyed our stay at this rental In 30 years of beach going this has been one of the best rentals we have had, very clean and well maintained great view ,easily assessable beach nice pool and some great views very quite and relaxing. a lot of attractions and restaurants are close Communications with the owner was excellant. She even called us to make sure we were well taken care of . I would recommend this to anyone and will rent it again

We stayed at the condo 8/15/09 through 8/22/09. Weather was beautiful and the place was fantastic. It was clean and bright and had a view to die for. I didn't want to leave and will certainly return again year after year. It is a great place to rest and relax and everything you need is already there. You just show up and let the fun begin.

We had a great time with our family. The condo is just as described. It was very comfortable for our family of 5 and would accommodate more. I enjoyed my dealings with the owners as well. This is a great place for a beach get away. We will be back, Lord willing.

The condo is even more comfortable than pictured and described. The view is superb and the condo amenities exceed expected. The area is very quiet and clean and while we were there, not the least bit crowded. We will definitely return.

This is the absolute best condo we have ever stayed in. It is very spacious and roomy with everything one could need to have a great vacation. The views are wonderful and the beach is great (not too crowded). We love the Surfside Beach area for it's quiet, family atmosphere. We look forward to returning again and again.

We have stayed in several condos and hotels in the Myrtle Beach area over the past few years...this was the best ever. Photos of the condo do not do it justice! It is well maintained and comfortable. You will enjoy the location, as well as the beach.

This is our fall vacation every year and we always stay at the Green's condo. We love Surfside and feel at home in their unit. It is always well kept and in great shape. The location is perfect for us, near great restaurants and 15 minutes from the airport. On the beach and a few blocks from the main drag, 10 minutes from a Walmart Super store and close to malls. Great to eat at home and watch dolphins from the deck. We come each year to get away and relax in a non-smoking condo, very quiet, fully furnished. We treat it as our home, feel at home and when we close the door we have no worries of owning it. The Greens are great people to deal with and we have never had a problem with the rental. Nothing bad to say about this unit, it only gets better each year we come. We plan to be here each year and may start to come more often when I retire.

You won't find a more relaxing and comfortable condo directly on the beach. This beach home is so close that you can easily walk out to the beach and return in less than 5 minutes for something you forgot or just return for a cold drink and refreshments. We have been vacationing in Myrtle Beach for 20 years and have stayed in various condos and motels and have never felt more at home than this Surfside beach home. We have returned to this condo three times and intend to do so for many years to come. The interior has everything you would ever need on vacation and just about everything you would have at home. You won't go wrong on this location for a great vacation, we wish we could live here permanently.

(Jan-Feb 2005) Our 6-week stay this past Winter was wonderful. Your condo was clean, comfortable, inviting and very nicely furnished. I personally enjoyed the recliner. My wife loves to cook and found the kitchen well stocked with pots/pans, dishes and a variety of spices. The linens and towels you provide are good quality and a real plus-we really didn't need to bring anything from home. Although the weather was quite cold, at times, there were many times the temp reached the 50's & 60's - even hit the low 70's on 4 different days, but there was no ice or snow and very little rain (I played 19 rounds of golf). The sunrise over the ocean each morning was beautiful and the sound of the surf at night lulled us to sleep. My sister-in-law and her husband joined us for a few days and were very impressed with the king bed in the second BR and the overall layout and roominess of the condo. We are all looking forward to our return next Winter for perhaps an even longer stay. Your place is great-keep up the good work. Joe Bardon
