VILLA NEPTUNO:
This Gated Community, in the Foothills just outside Cabo San Lucas, is ideally-located within walking distance [10 minutes] of Cabo and it's nightlife, shops & restaurants and Medano Beach, 'safe swimming' !! Yet it is quiet, peaceful, romantic and very well-maintained. It is 2 minutes away by inexpensive bus !!
THE CONDO:
'Tropicana' is located on the Top Floor [2nd] for privacy, has 15-foot high vaulted ceilings and is on the East side, facing West. This gives one year-round views of the stunning 'daily' Sunsets & the magical Cabo-night lights, a secondary Southern view to Lands' End & Lovers' Beach. The condos sleeping arrangements include very large 'double-master BR's, each with private bathrooms
A huge Great Room: Entrance Hall, Kitchen, Bar, Living Room and Lounge with 15-foot high vaulted ceilings, all opening up through floor-to-ceiling glass sliders for great flow-through breezes [without the need to use either fans or the huge AC's] - onto a large wrap-around viewing deck, with seating areas, barbecue - private !!

Thank you so much for having us at your home Glen. We had an incredible time as usual in Mexico, but this time having a place like yours really topped it! Being in Mexico you always have to watch your steps and make sure you are somehow "safe'. You will find peace of mind here. The community is gated and Security Staff at the gate checks everyone that goes in and out to make sure that they are not uninvited guests. At the end of our 16 day long stay we were leaving without locking the front door. There is everything that you may need for cooking and plenty of storage for all of your needs. Sunset from the balcony are incredible and the swimming pool is great. All is just like the pictures, if not better. Communication with the owner Glen is second to none and the Manager , Irma, who takes care of that place is always available and full of resources. She respects your privacy and takes care of any issues immediately, She is a real gem, it is hard to find a worker that committed. Also, if you like to fish ask her husband Juan Carlos ,he will give you the best prices on fishing tours, no haggling needed, and for me, a veteran of a dozen trips to Cabo , he is a great person to find. Thank you again and we will see you next time for sure!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car.

We are the original owners of Villa 7 at Villa Neptuno. We were pleasantly pleased upon arrival in November, to find that it was like coming home. The view is spectacular and the Villa is extremely functional, clean and comfortable. The grounds are well maintained and the pool beautiful. It is very relaxing there and the three weeks went by too quickly. The location description is accurate and the pictures of the Villa genuinely show the beauty of the furnishings. The owners are delightful and are very helpful in getting right back to you if you have any questions. We would highly recommend this property. Our favorite restaurant is The Office on Medano Beach. Good food and great waiters. An outing to Chileano Beach is always fun.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

Fabulous Villa,exceeded our expections.Fantastic views and very comfortable.Close to town and easy access to local bus in and out of Cabo.Great value for money.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Really big nice place. 2 mins drive to the beach and 5 mins drive to downtown Cabo.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.
