VILLA ULTIMA is a "MAGAZINE COVER" home. This custom-built EXECUTIVE VILLA features an open floor plan with a grand 23 foot two-story high "Great Room" and kitchen area that totally open through sliding glass doors to the lanai and large heated pool (electric & solar heat). Located just east of Chiquita on SW 58th St in exclusive Southwest Cape Coral, Villa Ultima is adjacent to the new Cape Harbour development with marina, 2 restaurants, shopping, and entertainment within a 5 minute walk. This location on a wide canal with a large dock provides sailboat and powerboat access to open water in less than ten minutes. There are no bridges or locks blocking your access to the Gulf.
Decorator furnishings, gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, and media room with full audio/visual components make this a house for total entertainment. Three widescreen HDTV's, 2 DVD's and 2 VCR's with cable access including all premium channel including sports channels, plus 4 wireless phones, fax, and Dell computer and printer with free high speed Cable Internet access with a 4 port Linksys router with wireless access complete your home in paradise.
The Master Bedroom has a king bed and a large bathroom with a shower as well as a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and "en suite" bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has a king size bed and also an "en suite" bathroom with shower. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed providing comfortable total accommodations for eight people. There is also a day bed with a pull out trundle bed that sleeps 2 more on the mezzanine as well as a couch on the mezzanine that holds a foldout twin bed for an eleventh person. The fourth bathroom (guest bath) including a shower is located between the second and third bedroom and has access from the main living area as well as the pool/lanai.

- Convertible Bed: A loveseat is on the Mezzanine floor that has a flod out twin sleeper, but is not very comfortable for an adult.

Ever thankful and rested, Cindy Griffith and Sarah Caniglia (and Michael and Peggy) Dear Ed & Karen, There was probably close to 55 for dinner - all the boys which was 22 and then several of their parents - we served chicken/beef burritos and beans and rice on the bar and then had snacks all over...we put the desserts on the little bar and it worked out great...everyone was mostly hanging around the pool or in it and then down on the dock enjoying the beautiful weather and water...we never did find the keys to the boat - hahaha!!!! But we never felt crowded either - the flow of the house was perfect!!!! Dear Karen and Ed: I have to say, staying at your house in Cape Coral was better than staying at a five star hotel...never did find the butler though.... Having never used the internet as a way to rent a house, I was a little nervous about the whole procedure. But the way you and Ed handled the whole thing from start to finish, I have to say that I was more than happy with the whole experience and would be happy to use this way of renting again on another vacation. You have made the house warm and comfortable. One of the other ladies hair dryer went out and without you guys missing a skip, there was already a hair dryer under the sink for her to use and not just one hair dryer but I think one for every bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the evening with our snacks and wine/beer and sharing the day after watching our son's play in their college baseball tournament. The weather was absolutely perfect - the two couples from Ohio were thrilled to get away from the cold and even my husband and I were glad that the weather was warmer in Florida than in California. We have rented many houses in the area over the past few years and we all agreed that your house stands head and shoulders above all the others we have rented. So many lovely extra touches - we were all so sorry that we had to come back home. I honestely do not think that there is anything you could do to improve the house for vacation rental - it lacks nothing - you have thought of everything - even a tea kettle - that was something else we had to buy last time we came to Cape Coral!
