Located in the coastal community of Irish Beach, this home is located on the edge of a meadow with a blue water ocean view; deer and wildlife roam freely within yards. The home has beatfull large front decks were you can relax and enjoy the magnificent sunsets.
This split-level home is custom furnished and decorated to be your personal residence. The downstairs living area with its massive valuated beam ceiling and stone fireplace, you can enjoy the magnificent sunset while dining and relaxing in the Great Room or simply enjoy the 50" television.
From the secluded upstairs Master bedroom, you can unwind on your private veranda and enjoy the views of the Pacific Ocean and the meadow, or put your feet up next to the JotuL stove while reading your favorite novel. The master bathroom was decorated with imported marble from Italy.
Included in this home, for your enjoyment is a deck level private spa that is conveniently located outside the side door.
The home with its three bedrooms allows accommodation for six people. Two King beds and two Twin beds.
The community includes a private majestic beach, catch and release trout pond and a park to enjoy a picnic lunch.
Activities on the coast include; visiting historic town of Mendocino, wine testing in the famous Anderson Valley, fine dining, canoing, horseback ride, golf, visiting Point Area Light House, and the nearby state parks.

This Irish Beach home away from home is the best!

This VRBO is a home away from home. As soon as you walk through the door you feel like you are home. The house is very clean and beautiful with its high wood ceilings above nice furniture, flat screen TV, and great appliances. The house has lots of windows to view the ocean in the distance and the many deer that graze through the property all day long. The beds are very comfortable to rest in after visiting the many amazing beaches and small towns up and down the coastline.There is a grocery store and small diner less than 10 min. down the road but the larger towns with more to choose from are about 30 min. away. Bones Roadhouse, about 30 min. away in Gualala, is worth the drive for great dinner, caution the portions are huge. The home is in a small quiet community that feels safe and secure, and has its own private beach access to a large beautiful beach. I would also recommend the beach south of the Point Arena lighthouse, it is protected from the wind and big waves and has a lot of sea caves, just park on the left after the row of Cypress trees and go thru the gate, on the light house road. We loved our visit at this home and would have to recommend it highly to anyone. The home owners are very friendly and easy to deal with, speaking of deals the price for this home for a week is insane, it cost half the price of a crappy hotel! The only thing I didn't like about this home was leaving it. I look forward to visiting here again on my next trip to the beautiful northern CA. coast. Thank You again to the owners for sharing it with us.
