Penthouse 14 is a top floor unit in the Pinnacle Port Condominiums which is located within Carillon Beach. This is a gated community with a private beach. This is a spectacular property surrounded by water on 3 sides.
Lake Powell is great for boating, fishing, nature watching, and many water sports. The gulf of Mexico welcomes you on the other side.
The community has a large indoor outdoor gulf front pool, tennis, basketball, and shuffleboard. Other family activites include sand volleyball, walks to the adjacent nature preserve and if the clouds happen to roll in the video arcade! There is an exercise room, saunas, a wireless room and countless other amenities to enjoy while on vacation.
You are also a short walk to the Carillon shops enjoy: pizza, ice cream, coffee, family dining and music and walk back home. (If you don't want to you dont even have to leave the community!!)

We had a stay here in June and were very satisfied with the condo. I loved how it was just right next door to panama city without being on an beach flooded with teens. The cute community is safe and quiet. The condo was clean and comfortable. The pool has a nice little walk up restaurant which made surprisingly good snack food. I suggest the Spicy Noodle for pizza or pasta dinner out. Turn left out of the front gate, drive over the bridge and it's on your right. We actually ate there twice. One suggestion I have, there needs to be bedding for the pull out bed. If there was any, we couldn't find them. I would certainly consider staying on this property again if visiting this area.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
