SEASONAL SKI HOUSE RENTAL - WE ARE RENTED FOR THE 09-10 SEASON - Open for Spring Summer 2010
Sunny, warm, easy care home with view set amongst the trees. Private yet VERY convenient to SKIING at Windham or at Hunter, four season hiking, mountain biking, area winter sports. Located only five minutes to Windham Mountain and Windham village and ten minutes to Hunter. Our home is on a private road three miles from Route 23, in the desirable Elm Ridge area. It is bright and spacious with an open floor plan on the main level with a pellet stove for extra warmth and ambiance during the winter. The spacious deck and double sliding doors in the living area invite the view of surrounding hillsides and forest indoors. Southern exposure allows for passive solar heating in the winter, keeping the utility bills down. ** We provide a ton of pellets for our seasonal tenants included in the rent. Plowing is also included.**
The kitchen is complete and the dining area seats eight comfortably. Two queen bedrooms and two double twin bedrooms are newly appointed. Two living room areas, one on the main floor with the larger TV and one downstairs with a smaller TV, can provide separation for adults and children.
The main living area opens out to the large deck, where there is a Weber grill. Basic Cable TV and phone are included. Winter seasonal renters can arrange for wireless high speed internet and delue digital cable at our cost. Our home is pet friendly!
WE ARE RENTED FOR THE SKI SEASON as of 11/15/09 - 4/15/10 - With the WINTER SEASON 09-10 right around the corner, why not consider this outstanding home for your seasonal rental - from November 15 through April 15th. Imagine the Holiday season, New Year's and President's week and all the fun you and your family will have. Our previous tenants have all loved the house, and it's so easy to care for - we take care of the plowing and provide a supply of pellets for the pellet stove; basic cable and phone service is included as well.

Hiking is right out the door - head down our road to the right and follow the trails on foot or by mountain bike. Golfing is also just minutes away. You'd think we're on a busy road, being so close to everything, but Boulder Ridge is a quiet, dirt road with low traffic - just the neighbors!
