  We were all so happy to return to this wonderful property and the improvements you made since last year were wonderful. The location was perfect for us and we love having the dock in the back to dock the boat and to fish. The kids would often run out to fish even before breakfast. I would recommend this property to anyone. We traveled with small children and grandparents and there was enough variety in things to do at Hawks Cay to keep us all entertained. We are already looking forward to our next trip

  5 adults and 2 children stayed in this charming villa. The master was very roomy, as was the living spaces, the other 3 bedrooms where small and had too much furniture in them. We did have an issue with the water in the showers as the hot water is connected to the cold water side, but that was the worst I can say about the place. Every thing was clean and orderly, there where no other surprises. The owner was extremely helpful in addressing all/any concerns promptly and cheerfully. We would completely recommend this to others looking for a place to stay with a large group.

  We had another wonderful time in Duck Key and knew before we got there that our accomodations would not dissapoint. - The owners are TERRIFIC and a pleasure to work with - The villa is clean and up to date with everything you need - Ellie (property manager) is always available & takes action when needed - The dock outside our door was convenient for keeping our boat there - The evenings on the porch were priceless GREAT MEMORIES..... and no doubt we will be heading back again and will only go through these wonderful owners. THANK YOU for giving us the opportunity to make lasting memories with our family!

  We had a great stay in Duck Key. The place was perfect for our group - we loved having the boat right outside the back door and the resort nearby. We had one issue with the cable not working correctly, and it was resolved the next morning. One warning - there is a new restaurant that opened on the island called Tio's. The food was TERRIBLE. In fairness, they just opened within the past few weeks, but it was really bad. Luckily the margaritas were good.

We totally agree with assessment of TIOS. We ate there on their opening night and I sent my entre back. I sure hope they improve sooner rather than later.   This was our second stay at the villa and we can't wait for our third stay! Our first trip was for my husband's 40th birthday fishing trip and we loved it so much we came back again this year. The villa is beautifully decorated and has even been updated since our first stay last year. During both of our stays we found the villa to be extremely clean and very well taken care of. Jeanne and Ellie were more than helpful when it came to helping us navigate the resort and surrounding activites. We can't wait to go back next fall!

  The pictures of this condo don't do it justice. It's very clean and comfortable and sits right on a gorgeous waterway with a great dock to fish from. The back porch was our favorite spot! The master bedroom has screen sliders so you can sleep with the door open - my absolute favorite part of the trip! Everything was perfect. The resort itself is also very pretty. Hope to make it back again! Thank you!

  This condo and the surroundings were just perfect! The condo was stocked with plenty of everything from dishes and silverware to pillows and towels. It was spacious and spotless. The welcome basket was such a nice touch also. The kids loved fishing from the dock, which made for some great R&R for the moms and dads. Coffee in the morning and cocktails at night while sitting on the back deck was as close to paradise as it gets! The only negative to our whole trip was having to leave. It was definitely agreed among the group that this was the best vacation ever! We are hoping to visit again in the near future. Thank you so much Jeanne & Ron for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!

  This home was more than advertised. It easily handled our family. The beautiful waterway behind the home was a pleasure to fish, swim, kayak and paddleboard in. The home was well appointed and cared for. The balcony and patio were wonderful places to relax. Outstanding trip. Hope to return next year! Thank you, Jeanne!
