This east facing unit overlooks the very large community pool and Estero Sound mangroves through a screened lanai. The east facing orientation blocks out street noise that other ocean view apartments contend with. The screened and shaded lanai is perfect for a quiet read of the newspaper over morning coffee, and a spectacular viewing post for exotic birds as they glide and circle over the mangroves!
Unlike other properties, this rental has direct access to both the beach and the intracoastal! It is conveniently located adjacent to the Holiday Inn with a popular tiki bar, a marina with boat rentals and bait shops, restaurants, bars, shops, and a pharmacy. The city of Fort Myers Beach also provides a free trolley along the length of the island to the other attractions such as the popular Times Square bar and club scene. You literally do not have to get in your car if you do not want to. At Estero Cove you are always FOOTSTEPS TO FUN!
The beach also offers concessions renting; shaded cabana chairs, waverunners, catamaran sailboats, peddle/paddle boats, parasailing etc. An annual sand sculpture contest is hosted in November, and it is extremely popular, attracting many of the best artists in the region and beyond.
