I spent hours on VRBO looking for the perfect home b/c where we stay is almost as important to us as where we go. Jack pot for comfort seekers! Owners stocked this home w/everything we could have asked for (saying alot with 2 adults & an 11, 17 and 20 yr old)! If you forgot it, they have provided it for you! Pretty pictures do not do outside justice...pool area is an island oasis! Tastefully decorated interior shows much thought for style, whimsy and always comfort! Location is a bit of a walk from Duvall (atleast the action end) but perfect as it is a quiet retreat from the high energy of downtown. Agent welcomed us at the home on the first day with true southern hospitality and charm. Even my teenage girls said "Wow, awesome house"...how often do you get that? We recommend the snorkel cruise, parasailing and a visit to state park beach. Choose, stay and relax...you've found your vacation home!

I stayed here in early May 2011 with my partner and two friends. There was plenty of room and we all had our own full bath (3) which was wonderful. We so enjoyed the pool and the covered porch out back. We spent nearly all of our waking hours out there enjoying the weather and the cable tv. The house is within a short walk to Duval St. and the beach is 4 blocks from the front porch (which is also inviting...as is the lush side yard). Steven, the agent, was fantastic on day 1 and everything went smoothly with the house so we never had to call him again. I would definitely stay here in the future.

A Wonderful Place to Stay!

Anyone considering a stay in Key West, especially with a reasonable sized group, would do themselves a favor and strongly consider staying at this location! There is great food nearby, at the very local El Siboney (sp?) - Cuban. Also, it is a rather quick walk to all of the action of Duval. 6 of us stayed in the house, and were extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were more than adequate for everyone staying there (even though we were all getting ready for a wedding at one point). The rooms were very well appointed and decorated, the garden was lush and exactly what you would expect in Key West, and the pool area was perfect for lounging and relaxing. I would most certainly return to this property for another stay in the future.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was great. The house is so cute and has a lot of special touches that most rentals don't have. You can tell the owners take pride in their home. It was great to have 3 bathrooms... saves a lot of time when everyone is trying to get ready quickly. We would definitely stay in this home again.

Fun in the Sun

This house was nice and well maintained. We just ran into a couple minor problems such as hot tub not being hot enough and smoke alarm going off for no reason. We assumed (our mistake) that 3 bedroom/3 bathrooms meant that the bathrooms were in the bedrooms. Be aware that they are not. We had 3 couples and one couple ended up having to go all the way down the stairs to use the bathroom/shower. Not good for 55+ couples. Also don't expect return calls in what I would consider a timely manner. Seemed like no matter what the questions/problems it took a long time (sometimes a week) for the property manager to get back with me. The property was in a good area and was close to a lot of things. We really had a ball.

My fiance and I came down with his sister and brother-in-law and stayed in this beautiful home. The home is breath taking, very cozy, very well decorated, perfect location, very private and we felt at home. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for an evening dip to relax, or turn on some music and light the tiki torches and have a little fun on the deck. We rented scooters and zipped around the island, went jet skiing, snorkelling and took a sunset cruise on a beautiful sailboat. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Kevin & Andrea

What a wonderful place!! It was so convenient. We had a bike delivered and biked to the Atlantic and the Gulf, up and down Duval! Perfect weather! The home is decorated so nice and tastefully. We really enjoyed the evening pool time and Spa time. Everyone was so friendly. This home is everything it says and much more! We will be back for sure!
