Relax at our beautiful new lake home with expansive yard on a private peninsula in Cobb Cove, Lake Palestine. Enjoy napping in the hammock, reading on the covered deck or downstairs porch, or taking a walk through the private neighborhood. Great fishing is available from your own private pier and the sunrise is breathtaking.
Our recommendation - particularly in fall, winter and spring: prepare a feast with the whole family and then settle in around the gas fireplace or out on the deck with the cool evening air and bright stars above.
The house is a perfect romantic retreat for a couple needing some time together. 3400 square feet of heated and cooled space is perfect for the family getaway or a small retreat. Note: Please ask about other properties in this area if our schedule is full for your desired dates.

Knoxie and Bob are Realtors in Dallas, Texas, parents of 4 girls and one boy and grandparents of 3 girls and 2 boys under 6. We love to travel, spend time with family and friends and stay actively involved in our local community.

We first bought this home with Knoxie's sister and brother-in-law and have loved creating family memories there. We love the beauty of East Texas and hope to have this retreat in our family for many years to come.

The tranquility of this property is its most amazing gift to our family. The setting makes us immediately feel like we've left the cares of the world behind and can spend truly quality time together. The layout of the house offers plenty of places to talk, to read, to play games or interact with nature. And we love the open cooking and dining area. Lastly, the view is God's gift to us. In every room you can see the water and the trees and be reminded of the beauty of God's creation. We know you'll love it here as much as we do.
