We recently remodeled Pali Ke Kua 136, and it's looking fantastic! New bamboo floors, granite countertops, cherry cabinets, fresh paint, all new appliances, new bedding, towels, you name it, we’ve updated it! We can’t wait to welcome you to our condo for a vacation experience you will want to repeat year after year.

Pali Ke Kua is just short walk to the new St. Regis Princeville Resort, and a short drive or leisurely bike ride to Princeville’s world class Troon Makai golf and tennis facilities. Pali Ke Kua has its own private, paved path to Hideaways beach for some of the best snorkeling and surfing in all of the Hawaiian Islands.

Relax on the lanai enjoying the ocean view and the expansive green lawn; a great place for your kids to run and play while you enjoy a nice evening on the lanai. Awesome Bali Hai Sunsets are just steps away.

Pali Ke Kua offers an on-site swimming pool, hot tub, and barbecue for your use. If you are looking for tennis, spa or a day at the 5-star resort, a visit to the Princeville Hotel is just up the road.

There are many fine local dining establishments from which to choose in Princeville, and nearby Hanalei and Kilauea. If you don't feel like venturing too far, Pali Ke Kua has its own restaurant onsite, Saffron.

Parking is located a few steps from Pali Ke Kua 136, which is an easy to access ground floor unit.

Pali Ke Kua 136 provides a spacious living room and a comfortable reading/lounge area with a day bed.   • We just returned from a fabulous one week summer vacation at PKK 136! The condo is tastefully updated and decorated with classy Hawaiian-island flair. It was very comfortable for our little family of four (including two girls aged 7 1/2 and almost 6 at the time of this writing). It provided a great base for our Garden Island adventures...amazing ocean and Bali Hai views just out of the lanai, wildlife watching, fantastic snorkeling at the property's own private beach and just short drives to other fun activities in Kauai. There is also a great supermarket, Foodville, just minutes away to help stock the kitchen (don't forget to get the Makai card for discounts). It made for great Kauai vacation memories that we will cherish for a long time...we will be back soon!

  • My Husband and I stayed at this condo last June 2007 on our Honeymoon. We fell in love with the location. The condo is very spacious and very clean. Its almost a year later and we still talk about this place - if it was at all possible we would purchase a place just like it. The condo is perfectly situated overlooking the bluffs, we spend everynight sitting outside watching the sun set. There is a trail that goes to the beach; we went to pretty much all the beaches in Kuai and this beach had the best snorkeling, we even saw a 5 foot black tip shark! Princeville is very beautiful and peaceful. There is a great supermarket nearby, we made sushi almost every night! It is a close drive to Hanalei. When we do go back to Kuai we will want to stay here again! Thank you for sharing your condo!
