This spacious new home built in 2005 set between the Ocean in front, and a beautiful forested Wet Land in the back. At almost 3800 sq feet of living area and decks, you will have plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms are very large with either a King or Queen bed. And there are 2 dens with several additional beds.

- Off Street Parking : The driveway will hold 2 additional cars.
- Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer : We have additional parking at a lot off premises if you need to store the RV during your stay. You may be able to park the boat in the driveway or at our house 1 block away.

- Oceanfront : The only thing between you and the ocean is the street you drive in on. This is the best view on the Oregon coast! Why stay on the prom and walk 1/2 mile to the ocean when you can walk out your door and be there in 75 feet.
- Mountain View : Tillamook head, and the coast range, plus the wetland area in the back for wildlife viewing. Also a view of the Washington peninsula.

- Telephone : one land line, no long distance. Good cell reception.
- WiFi (Wireless Internet) : We have Charter Communications TV and high speed internet, It has excellant speed and signal.

- No Pets Allowed : We know your pets are great, but to respect our allergy sensitive guests we do not allow ANY pets on the property ever.

Why the Owner Chose Seaside
We built these units as vacation rentals for extended families and groups. Marcy designed them especially for families, and Ron built them. We maximized the view by covering the front of the house with large windows. There is room for everyone, but set up for privacy too.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
You will not find a better more unique view on the Oregon Coast. The way the house sits on the south end of the Cove, you watch the waves, and surfers pass across the front of the house.
Just a short walk from the house, this historic 9 hole course is beautiful, and has a bar and restaurant. It has been owned by the same family for many years, just ask for Wayne!
This path goes over Tillamook head to the beach at Ecola Park in Cannon Beach. A great hike if the weather is dry.
Most commonly asked question: How far to downtown? Just a few blocks to the south end of the Prom, then walk ride a bike or drive to town.
During the season, be sure to get your license, and just walk out the door to go clamming.
Ken's has everything you need if you don't watk to get out on the highway to Safeway or Costco.
A great place to enjoy live music on the deck in the summer. They have unique meals and a wide assortment of beers and wines.
It is just a few blocks from the house to the south end of the Prom. A wide sidewalk that goes the length of Seaside, it is grate for bike riding, roller blading or walking down town.

We are longtime residents of the Seaside area, and have designed and built many of the homes here. Ron is a contractor, and Marcy has State Farm Insurance office in nearby Warrenton and designes for Ron's contracting business. We live a few doors down, and love the easygoing "Cove" style of living.

A FABULOUS FIFTIETH

Our children rented both townhomes and invited family & friends to help us celebrate out 50th anniversary. What a gorgeous place !! Everything was so clean and comfortable, and even if we didn't go outside, the views from all the wonderful windows was spectacular. To top it off, the kids made us "renew our vows" Dr. Seuss style. We were served "Green Eggs & Ham" for brunch, and later that evening "The Cat-In-The-Hat performed the ceremony". - and our prepared "vows" were recited in a Dr. Suess fashion. It was such silly fun, and all those memories are stored around your beautiful place by the ocean. We will never forget it.

My friends and I rented this townhouse, along with #68490, for a weekend getaway (3 days, 2 nights.) There was 25 of us, age ranging from 21-25. If I was to describe my experience in one word, it'd be PERFECT! Not one single person had anything negative to say. Everyone was in awe and speechless the moment they arrived. Both townhouses were very spacious, no one felt cramped at all. There was a bathroom on each floor (3 floors total). One thing I was worried about was if there would be enough hot water for 25 people and yes, there was plenty of hot water! Both houses were very well-equipped with towels, blankets, extra cots, and kitchen ware. We practically didn't need anything except food! The top two floors had huge windows, so the ocean view was gorgeous! We're all from rainy Seattle, so no one had complaints when the sun was shining in the morning.. it was very welcomed. The owners stopped by a few times to ask how we were doing and if we needed anything, something I definitely appreciated. They were very welcoming and did not make us feel like we were being watched which was something I worried about, given our age group. But this was not the case at all. The location couldn't be any better.. Right off the water and grocery stores/shops/restaurants were very close-- about a five minute drive. I love that they had a "tourist" area-- several blocks full of cute specialty shops, huge arcade for kids, candy/ice cream stores, an aquariam, rental stores for scooters/tandem bikes, etc. What makes it even better is the beach is about a block away from all this! After staying here, I think we've been spoiled. We're trying to find something similar to this in Lake Chelan, WA and I have to say, it has NOT been an easy feat. I don't think we'll ever be able to find a rental home (with a gorgeous view, great location, cheap pricing and spacious enough for 25+ people) as good as these rentals!! I have no doubt in my mind that we'll be back again. It'll definitely be a longer stay next time! Thank you soo much Marcy & Ron!

We all felt spoiled. Everything we wanted or needed was at our fingertips. It beat out all our expectations. Just watching the ocean and sky change character and color throughout the day from the comfort of the livingroon was worth the price of admission. With 2 floors boasting huge bay windows, who needs TV? 12 of us had plenty of space, plenty of beds, and with 3 bathrooms (one on each floor), we could all prepare for the day comfortably. Clean, casual decor, beautiful wood flooring with a spacious and homey feel. The owners are very accommodating and we all agreed that we would be happy to reserve this property again. What more can I say?
