Whether you are coming for a vacation, couples get away, wedding, group meeting, fishing trip we would like you to be our guests and enjoy our wonderful home with a 7 x 7 jacuzzi located right on your private patio. We have rented this villa for many wedding couples for their honeymoons due to it's private patio features. We rent by the night (3 night minimum), a week, a month or more. This villa is great for romantic couples, kids, families and just plain relaxin. Do some site seeing during the day, swim the dolphins, have a spa treatment, rent a bike, go to Bahi Honda Beach, Key West and enjoy what the fabulous Florida Keys has to offer! The Florida Keys are known as America's Caribbean, a lush shangri-la loaded with tropical vegetation and clear turquoise waters. Our villa is located on Harbor Village Drive in Hawks Cay Resort with the Atlantic Ocean outside our back door which is interconnected with the Gulf of Mexico which are both teeming with fish to catch and waters to explore. Enjoy sitting on our private lanai and dipping into our jacuzzi after a day of exploring, fishing, swimming, boating or any number of things that the Florida Keys has to offer.
Rent a fishing pole or bring your own and buy your bait at the Marina Store located a short walking distance from the villa and drop your pole into the Atlantic Ocean right out the back door.
Four miles off-shore you can enjoy one of the largest natural reefs where you can dive, snorkel or simply feed the fish. Also enjoy sunset cruises, deep sea charters, snorkeling and diving charters, kiteboarding and soon zip lining. Want to bring or rent a boat., not a problem, we have a 35 foot deep water dock for rental with the villa. Boat rentals are available and we recommend Tropical Boat Rentals located just down the highway. They have new boats with fancy gagets and are wonderful to work with. Buy your bait at the Marina located at the Resort and pull you boat up to our dock. Nothing could be easier. Hawks Cay vendors also offer rentals for kayaks, jet skis, public and private charters, sunset cruises, as well as parasailing, or visit other local vendors. Rent a bike and enjoy the scenery the resort and the lsland have to offer or just plain doing nothin', it's your choice.
Our villa is comfortably decorated in a tropical decor. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms each with queen size beds and each bedroom has their own full hall bath. The master bedroom has a wonderful view of the Ocean. The living room has a pull out queen size bed which was just purchased in November, 2011.
Either choose to cook and eat on the lanai enjoying the tranquil ocean scenery or visiting one of the many world class restaurants and bars the middle keys has to offer. We will be glad to furnish you with a list of our favorite spots upon request. We also can recommend bonded babysitters if you choose to bring your children, but need some adult time.
The villa is ideally located near the geographic center of the Keys at mile marker 61. Key West is 61 miles South, Key Largo is 40 miles North, perfect for day trips to see everything in between.
Rates are subject to change until confirmed. Applicable taxes of 12.5% will be charged for all bookings. All reservations must be paid in full 30 days in advance of the scheduled stay. No refunds within 30 days of stay unless in the event of a named storm. Rental is for the villa only. Villa is not affiliated with Hawks Cay Resort.

We love owning this villa. Our family and now it has started expanding has enjoyed many of family vacations here. Both of our boys decided to honeymoon at the villa. Great Townhouse in a great resort

We stayed at this property in between Christmas and New Years and found the property to be filled with many things to do. Quite different than your normal home/townhome rental. It had much more of a resort feeling. The only drawback that we found were: No bathroom on the first level and (I beleive) the owner doesn't put the unit in the property management rental pool, so you don't get to use all the benefits of the property. We tryed to order drinks while at the pool and we we're told that we had to show a key (like that at a hotel). This unit has a combination type lock so there isn't a key. Consequently, we couldn't order drinks and probably couldn't fully take advantage of all the benefits of the property.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We took a last minute trip and stayed at this villa. The owner explained to us that they had recently purchased the villa so we were 1 of the first guests to be housed here. It was my husband and I and our 3 kids. We had everything we needed and the villa was perfect. My daughter and I spent the days laying at the pool, while my husband and 2 sons fished the days away. The Jacuzzi spa on the private patio was nothing short of fabulous! Sitting out there at night after the kids went to bed with a glass of wine was just the most perfect way to end a day. The boys fished right off the pier behind the villa if they weren't out in the boat that we had rented. Jeanne gave us recommendations from boat rentals to spas and everything in between. My daughter and I visited the spa in Marathon called The Skin Institute, worth the 10 minute drive. We already want to go back!! If you want a great place to stay with an owner that caters to the guests, you've found it with this villa!

This was a beautiful place to stay. This townhouse offered everything we needed for a great vacation. We were right near the marina. The owners are great people to work with as well. On a scale of 1 - 10, I would rate the whole experience as a 10!
