Directly on the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches" facing the Gulf of Mexico, this brand new family resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, is the ideal vacation destination. This upscale development includes 18,000 square feet of indoor and gulf-front pools, fitness center and indoor spa, game room, on-site bar and grill, and much more. Our Condo is in a prime location, on the 5TH floor with a wrap around balcony looking directly over the beach, allowing a panoramic view of the gulf.
The living room is equipped with a large 42" plasma TV. There is upgraded cable with 12 HBO movie channels. High speed wireless internet is available free in the condo. There is also wi-fi available in the lobby and poolside.
There are three bedrooms and private baths for each bedroom. Two bedrooms have king-size beds and one bedroom has a queen-size bed. The mattresses are covered with hyper-allergenic mattress covers. Each bedroom has a TV, and 2 of the bedrooms have DVD players also.
You won't have any trouble getting a good night's sleep. This end unit condo is very quiet. People are not walking by with carts loading and unloading.
Hair dryers provided in each bathroom. The 3rd bathroom is handicap accessible.
The owner's closet has not been locked up, allowing you extra space to store your beach toys. We've also provided 4 Beach chairs. There are some toys, skim boards, nets, flashlight for crabbing at night, and shovels in the closet for your beach use.
There is so much to do in Panama City Beach. Between Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, Ebro Greyhound Racing, and Zoo World. Also there is endless trails of mini-putt golf, boatine, fishing, water sports galore, lots of shopping, restaurants, and seafood festivals. It's a great place to just do nothing at all. Panama City boasts "The Beach Lover's Beach." The development of all the new resorts brings in upscale dining, shopping and golf.

This complex was really nice but our condo unit was very nasty and dirty. There was mold (2' X 2') on a bedroom wall, carpet was filthy and stained, windows aren't kept clean, walls are all scratched and banged up, baseboards haven't been cleaned in a long time, shower curtain missing rings so it wouldn't even close. The unit just hasn't been taken care of and it's definitely not worth the money that was charged. Don't expect to cook because it it poorly furnished and with cheap pots and pans. I never once received an apology from the owner even after sending them pictures. This unit is handled through a rental agency even though it's posted on VRBO. We were extremely disappointed and would never stay here again.

The condo we stayed at was very nice and the pools were beautiful but even though they advertised a heated pool, the only heat was in the hot tub. The exercise room was closed as well as the game room. We understood that a free membership to the Bay Sterling Resort came with the rental, but we stayed at the Marriott the night before we checked in to the condo and everyone didn't seem to know what we were talking about. Finally we found someone who knew about it, but said it ended on March 1st. We would definitely stay there again, but maybe in April (we only had two days that were over 70). Maybe the pools would be heated or at least the water would be warmer, and maybe the exercise room and the game room would be open then. The zero depth pool would have been great for our grandchildren if not so cold.
