The very popular Maui Banyan is centrally located in the bustling town of Kihei, on the south shore of Maui. Kamaole Beach Park II, one of the best white sand beaches on Maui is steps away, directly across the street. Also within walking distance are restaurants, shopping, and other fantastic beaches for your swimming, sunning, or surfing pleasure! Championship golf courses are a short drive away as is the resort area of Wailea/Makena with more shopping and restaurants.
This charming two bedroom, two bath, home away from home is on the quiet side of building Q (away from the driveway and parking garage) on the top floor (fourth level w/elevator). It has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and two private lanais. You will enjoy gorgeous ocean views and Maui sunsets, as well as mountain views of Haleakala. The Maui Banyan is family-friendly and features two swimming pools (with hot tubs), tennis court, barbeque grills, complimentary covered parking, and lush, tropical grounds.
This unit also has a lock-out feature, allowing you to utilize the complete two bedroom, two bath unit, OR for a discounted rate, the one bedroom, one bath unit with full kitchen and washer and dryer, OR the hotel style/studio side with amenities including refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has 2 double beds. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Other features include upgraded living and dining room furniture, new mattresses, new draperies, new kitchen appliances, brand new washer/dryer, and new DVD and CD players. Beach chairs, beach towels, and mats are also provided. Sometimes guests will leave other items such as boogie boards, sand toys, etc for you to use, so you never know what you might find!
A fully refundable security deposit is required to secure a reservation. The unit must be left in reasonable condition with no damage or excess cleaning required in order to receive your deposit in full. Details will be described in your confimation package.

My parents & I stayed in this condo for our trip to Maui for a friends wedding & we could NOT have been more pleased w/ the accommodations. The complex is across from one of maui's gorgeous beaches & is within walking distance from surf spots, restaurants, little hole in the wall eateries, & souvenir shopping. The unit itself was VERY well kept & had plenty of space for the adults. Being higher up in the complex you can see the ocean from the balcony & if youre really luck you might see whales in the distance (binoculars do help) The welcome packet, & "beach gear" were extremely helpful in getting ourselves situated on the island as well! I will definitely be checking the availability of this spot when i come back to the Island
