The perfect place for couples or families to travel. The home is well equipped, immaculately clean and has the most beautiful view of the ocean. Sunsets are exceptional as you view them from the screened in lanai (which easily seats 10). There is space for all to gather and retreat. Ten of us enjoyed our stay. It has all the amenities, as well as, an on-site caretaker. No matter what you are looking for, it is all available . . . shopping, water sports, site seeing or just to relax. We also found a great caterer "You've Got It Coming", who did our grocery shopping for us before we arrived and then catered a wonderful meal for a birthday celebration. We had a fantastic vacation in this well-appointed home.It is immaculately clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The views from the covered porch were phenomenal and we spent many evenings watching the sun set. Its location in a beautiful, leafy neighborhood also merits mention. The house worked very well for both adults and children. In addition, the owners were very responsive when the water heater broke during our stay. They had it replaced the same day. Our family of 13 just spent one week at this wonderful beach front property. The house is fully equipped, there are a number of areas to gather accommodating all of us, yet enough room to spread out if more privacy is needed. There are plenty of bedrooms and more important, bathrooms for the whole family! Right outside the back door is the most amazing, beautiful beach. Perfect for walking, swimming and shelling. And downtown is just blocks away. We ate in most nights using Mimi's Catering as well as Wynn's Catering. Both were very good.We ate out one night and had a fantastic dinner at Campiello's on 3rd.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Fantastic two weeks at the beach. Great location, magnificent view, wonderful lanai/pool area. Beautifully maintained home and grounds. So much more comfortable than a hotel! Hope to return next year. Thankyou for sharing, your home is very special.Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Great location with wide, sandy beach and large screen-enclosed patio and swimming pool made this a perfect vacation home for our family reunion, 4 couples and six children under the age of 7. Very large, clean, well-stocked house. Friendly and helpful owners and caretaker. Close to downtown with restaurants and shops. Very enjoyable week, and having good weather made it perfect!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

What a fabulous location! Just steps to the beach, and an easy walk to the 3rd street shops and restaurants. This house has lots of tvs, a mini-library, and is very comfortable. If you like to look at sunsets, this is the house for you!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
