Westgate Paradise boosts some awesome ocean views, incredible landscaped gardens and comfortable amenities.

An Asian theme inspired the original owners of this home in the 1960’s. It was refurbished in the 1990’s with every detail considered and a Japanese motif. It is an A-frame located at the end of a quiet street with a serene Japanese garden that leads to the front door.

The living area has a queen sized day bed and a half bath as well as a dining area and two seating spaces. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bar as well as a mud room.

There are two lovely master bedrooms and a large, open living space. The upstairs bedroom is a loft, and is open to the living room. At night from the king size bed one can see the moon setting over the water and the lights of fishing boats trough the trees through the 32 foot high window. There is a full bathroom with a shower and large tub as well as a small TV in this room. Two lightweight cots appropriate for children can be found ready made in this bedroom.

The downstairs bedroom can be closed off to the living room and has a large chair and a small TV. There is also a king size bed and a spacious closet. This room opens onto the deck as well does its shower. The six person hot tub is directly outside of the shower door.

The deck is large and has a Viking grill and a large table, a fire pit with comfortable seating and overlooks the garden and the ocean. There is a stone staircase which leads to large lawns and gardens with many varieties of flora and fauna. These areas are surrounded by trees, birds and deer. There is a friendly neighborhood fox as well as other wildlife in this yard.

A short walk to the famous Larrupin’ Café/Restaurant takes only about twelve minutes. Patrick’s Point State Park, the town of Trinidad, and the Redwood National Park are all close drives. Come enjoy one of Redwood Coast Vacation’s most favorite vacation homes.

This vacation home also includes wood burning stove and furnace, two small TVs, one VCR with some videos and basic cable, a boom box with CD player and a hot tub.
