  Had a blast at this beautiful home. Walked out the back door and we were on the water. It was hard to go home to a regular stove to cook. Plenty of room for us to be together or apart. We played pool, Wii and watched movies.

  This beautiful and spacious home was the perfect vacation retreat for our family of nine including several children. Lovely location on the lake and convenient to town. All of us want to stay here again next year!

  Sue Thank your for our stay in November!! We held my brothers wedding reception at your home and it was lovely. We had about 20 people and it worked out so wonderfully. We had everything we needed for a great party and for our family of 9 to stay comfortably. Mornings were chilly but the fog off the lake was beautiful and with the spectacular fall colors. We even had a visit by two bald eagles the morning after the wedding. Thank you again and hope to come back soon! Laura

  This a lovely home. Would recommend it to anyone coming to Hot Springs. It was more than enough room for the 16 women that came. Sue was so helpful during our stay. We love the home and will be returning.

  My family and I enjoyed this beautiful house. It fulfilled all of our needs very well. My guests and I enjoyed the kitchen -- very spacious and very well equipped. We had privacy when we wanted and we could share meals in the kitchen area, the dining room or outside. The weather was great. The days were not too warm nor too cold. We enjoyed Lake Hamilton and the geese that came to visit us every morning. We enjoyed the big room upstairs where we could visit with friends from Texarkana and Hope. The neighborhood was very pleasant. The cul the sac was ideal as traffic was next to non existant. From where we were we could not hear any traffic on the lake, and from time to time we could a boat leisurely going fishing. We had a wonderful stay. I hope we can back again to this property.

  The house was wonderful for us - lots of room with an great kitchen. Perfect place on the lake and so convenient to everything in town. The dock was perfect for swimming and docking the boat until we were ready to go out tubing with the little ones. Game room upstairs is huge - perfect for our whole crew.

  the house was very beautiful and comfortable. all amenities we were expecting and more were there. the lake was clean and the kids loved the paddle boat and floaties. only complaint is missing door handles on the middle bathroom upstairs--we had no privacy for using that bathroom.

  Spacious, comfortable house for large family get-together. Nice dock with "good" water, pretty views. We are a family of life long boaters who spend most of the day on the water skiing, tubing, knee boarding and wake boarding. Quiet location but close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Huge kitchen making meal time for a crowd easier. Great upstairs family room. Enjoyed the pool table and the large TV, especially in gathering the local and visiting family together every evening - 14 total - to watch video of the day's water activities. Property description accurate. Photos accurate. Property clean and well maintained for a rental. Would recommend this property to a friend.

  We had the most wonderful time. We had 10 adults and 8 children and there was plenty of room. The house was so nice. Even had a wedding there in front of the lake. The pool table was fun for the kids and adults and they all enjoyed swimming at the dock. I could have lived in the master bedroom. It was excellent. The location was great, not too far from shopping and eating. We kept Sonic busy with ice cream and drinks. I would recommend this to anyone going on a group vacation.
