Beautiful Georgian Home built in 2002 on Lake Hamilton boasts lake views from every room. This home has all the amenities: chef's kitchen with granite counter tops and viking range, huge game room w/fireplace, den/kitchen w/fireplace, dining room, living room plus 5 bedrooms. Covered stationary boat dock with 28 and 32 ft boat slips are perfect for rented boats or water toys. There is a gas grill on the patio. The pool table is also great entertainment. Patio and upper deck offer great views of the lake as well.
Master bedroom with King Bed and 1 guest room with Queen are on the main level. 3 bedrooms upstairs with 1 full, 1 with bunk beds and 1 with a modular bed that has a full down and a bunk on top. The gameroom has 2 sofa beds;1 full and 1 twin. There's plenty of room if kids want to sleep in sleeping bags in the gameroom. There are also 2 couches downstairs (not sofabeds). There are 5 bathrooms; 3 full bathrooms and 2 half baths. Master has a jacuzzi tub plus a stand up shower.
This is an ideal rental for family reunions, multiple family get togethers or large family vacations. There are water toys (noodles, life jackets, inner tubes) for playing in the lake. The boat dock is a great place to entertain. Rest and relax and enjoy the Spa City!

I would have to rate this home way up there!! It has a fabulous kitchen & lots of space (there were 10 of us) We had plenty of room & there's so much to do!! Beds are super comfy!!! Few minor things that need to be addressed but overall this is such a nice place that I think it will be our go to house for annual reunions!!! We love Hot Springs & think we've found a wonderful house!!
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers.
Great weekend even with the lights being out for about half of our stay.

Had a good surprise bunk twin bed was removed. Really enjoy covered boat dock. Our first night it rained and lights went out, we were so disappointed, but they finally came on the next day in the late afternoon. We were still able to cook & take showers because of the gas. Owners have everything you need in this house. Great location, nice lake area. Close to everything. We will rent again. Thank you Sue for everything, we really appreciate you !!!

Great place! Don't give up on the deposit return. We finally received ours over a year later after numerous email and telephone requests.

We just returned from Hot Springs and rented this fabulous home for a reunion with our kids and grandkids. Just could not have enjoyed ourselves more in this wonderful home! Plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 children....and room for more too! All the amenities of home, comfortable, complete with pool table AND a ping pong table. Swimming great off the dock. Beautiful! Would love to return! Boat rental easy, close to shopping and goofy golf (for the kids)...children's museum close by and enjoyed by the kids....Weldon's meat market was great! Owner was extremely helpful and informative. Absolutely no complaints! Just a beautiful home in a beautiful setting.

The house was a great place to get our kids and grandkids together. The layout worked very well - plenty of space in the game room and in the kitchen. If I could only get a response as to why I haven't received my deposit back. I've left numerous voice mails and emails over the last 4 months with no response. I believe we left it in better condition than we found it, but if the owner disagrees I would at least expect an explanation.

Our family stayed in this luxurious home the week before Thanksgiving!!!! It was breathtaking! The accomadations are above and beyond description! The kitchen is awesome! We had our entire family! Our two sons and their families and we still could have invited two other families and been comfortable! Excellent family home! The boys thoroughly enjoyed the pool room with the big screened t.v.! Comfort, Comfort , Comfort!!!!!! A must with a large family! There was plenty of room to be alone or enjoy everyone! Back patio is wonderful place to grill and enjoy the lake! We brought our boat and the boat dock made such easy access to the lake. Sue was most accomadating in sharing the many restaurants, grocery stores and things to do while we were there! We definitely will be back upon returning to Hot Springs!!!! Thanks! Sharon

Beautiful, roomy house with great access to the lake. Sitting on the patio, the deck or the boat docks was so comfortable and relaxing. Large game room upstairs was perfect for the family to spend time together. The owner was extremely helpful. Easy access to grocery, restaurants and not too far from downtown Hot Springs. I would definitely stay again.
