Completely remodeled flat in owner occupied 2-unit San Francisco style building (built pre-1906 Earthquake). This large flat (75 sq. meters/800 sq. ft.) has had a professional design and remodel from top to bottom, from the master installed tiled bathroom to the hardwood floors throughout. No detail has been overlooked.

This unit is fabulous for visitors to the City looking for a mix of modern and traditional San Francisco charm as well as a desire for privacy and quiet while having access five minutes away to urban cultural amenities in neighborhoods with cafes, shops and great restaurants. Or prepare your own food, dining on fresh organic produce from one of the many farmers’ markets, and enjoy the privacy of your own large patio right outside your kitchen door.

Very good public transportation one block away to Downtown, the Castro, Union Square or the Waterfront. See Google map for location. 15 minutes by car to the Airport. Ample street parking if needed.

Sleeps 1-4 people. The apartment has one queen-sized bed in the master bedroom and a convertible queen sofa bed (with feather bed) in the living room. Designer bedding includes high thread count sheets, duvet, and feather pillows. Robes and towels provided. This charming rental is designed for persons visiting San Francisco as well as for corporate or academic visitors requiring a longer stay.

  • Jeal and I recenty had our second stay at this beautiful, well appointed apartment at 1453 Randall Avenue. The apartment is very charming and the amenities show thought and care. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The apartment has lovely furnishings and a great kitchen for preparing food for oneself and for guests. The host provided all the necessities for a beautiful stay in San Francisco. The neighborhood is most convenient to travel via Muni to the center of the city and parking in the area was not a problem. There are many interesting restaurants in the area. Our daughter stayed with us for several nights and found the pullout couch most comfortable. We highly recommend both the apartment and the hospitality showed to us by the host.   • We loved this apartment!!!!! We found it to be wonderfully appointed with high quality bedding and bath towels, very stylish decor, great tall ceilings and architectural details, a most wonderful terrace with an amazing fountain and everything that you may need during your visit. The location is perfect....very sunny, quiet and very convenient, with a great market just down the way. Our favorite VRBO rental to date!!!!!!

  • I stayed at this beautiful apartment for a week with my sister, a friend, and my 1 year old daughter. The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated with very luxurious furnishings. It felt like staying in a high class hotel from the attention to detail, but with the comfort and convenience of a home. Robin, the owner, was very accommodating and has done a great job with this place.

The apartment is immaculate, the fluffy white towels and bathrobes a special touch. The beautiful bedding, tiled patio, stylish furniture and great art add to the charm. You will love this place!

  • My family and I (3 children and 2 adults) spent five wonderful nights in this beautiful apartment. It is very spacious and beautifully decorated. It's walking distance to the Noe Valley and Glen Park restaurants and shops and just a block from the street car. I can't think of a nicer place to stay in San Francisco.
