These are quiet, unspoiled beaches full of palm trees that will make your vacation in Puerto Rico something unforgettable. The apartment is also at walking distance or a few minutes by car from Boquerón’s fishing village downtown area ("El Poblado"), which allows for quick and easy access to great sea food restaurants and places for evening entertainment.
The property is within a gated and very safe community with 24-hour guard on duty. Some of the shared amenities the complex has are a huge swimming pool, a small pool for kids, a colorful play ground for kids, and a gazebo. The building where the apartment is located has an elevator but you don’t have to worry about taking it or taking any stairs because the apartment is at the same level as the parking area. The client also enjoys two parking spaces in the complex, just in front of the apartment entrance.
The apartment can easily accommodate eight persons since its family room with a sofa bed can be adapted to become additional bedroom space any time. All rooms are air conditioned and the other apartment living areas are cooled with two additional air conditioning units. Additionally, an ample kitchen and a beautiful tropical interior decoration awaits you!
