This three bedroom, three bath home is ideally located on the 15th hole of the Tahoe Donner golf course. The home, built in 2000, is fully furnished and comfortably sleeps eight adults - two bedrooms with California King beds, one bedroom with two bunk beds. There are also two foldaway twin beds for additional guests. Features include a fully equipped chef's kitchen, a billiard room with bar, a great room with gas fireplace, a dining room with seating for 10-12, a stacked Maytag washer and dryer, Cable TV, wireless DSL, DVD and VCR players and a large garage. The three decks and views of the golf course are perfect for a barbeque and entertaining!
The property is part of the Tahoe-Donner Homeowners Association. Guests (for a nominal fee) will have access to the private community pool and spa, tennis courts and the clubhouse amenities and dining, golf at a discounted rate and a private beach and boating marina at Donner Lake. Additionally, Tahoe Donner is home to many other community activities including horse back riding, cross country skiing, downhill skiing, sledding and hiking. It is also convenient to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Northstar ski resorts and the quaint downtown of Truckee with it's many restaurants and shops.
Located off Highway I-80, the property is approximately 35 miles from the Tahoe-Reno International Airport; 100 miles East of Sacramento Airport off Highway 80 and 200 miles East of San Francisco.
