This lovely, cozy cottage is located on five acres with views of the Oceano Dunes and Pismo Beach. It overlooks a wooded pasture with a seasonal pond and a barn, complete with an outdoor aviary. Hunt for fresh chicken eggs for your breakfast! Walk the land and visit the goats and, perhaps, the horses. And soon, you will be able to browse the newly opened shop--Villa Rossa Antiques--located on the property in the barn, where you can find vintage home furnishings and embellishments.
Although you will feel like you are many miles away from the hustle and bustle, you are only 5 minutes from the picturesque, historic village of Arroyo Grande, 10 minutes from Pismo Beach, and 15 minutes from the San Luis Obispo Airport. You can also wind your way to a number of wineries within minutes.
This guest house is newly constructed, has a ceiling fan, a bathtub, hardwood floors, and new Berber carpeting; is tastefully decorated with original art, antiques, and vintage furnishings. The bedroom has two twin beds; an air mattress is also available. All linens are provided, and the kitchen is fully stocked. There is a TV in both the living area, which has a 12-foot ceiling, and the bedroom; both TV's have cable and a DVD player.
