Spectacular 5 BR / 4.5 BA view home in exclusive Montecito Heights neighborhood of Napa with view from Napa Valley to San Francisco. Property is located short distance from Napa Valley Wine Train Station, Oxbow Market and downtown Napa with its world class restaurants. Main house is wholly remodeled with top of the line improvements including granite counters, cherry cabinets, Brazilian cherry floors, and HUGE windows that bring the outdoors inside.
Decks off the living room and upstairs off the master and second bedroom of main home add approximately 700 additional square feet of outdoor living space. Stereo system is wired into every room. Master bath offers indulgent retreat with two-person tub, along with rain-head and hand-held fixtures in large separate shower. A luxurious residence, convenient to both the City of Napa and the Silverado Trail, the residents' "secret" road to Napa Valley's wineries and vineyards.
Main home has three bedrooms and three and one-half baths and sleeps a maximum of six. The property also has a 1600 square foot guest house with living room, kitchen, bath, downstairs bedroom with queen bed and upper level loft with king bed that can be rented with main home. The guest house has recently been fully repainted, carpeted, tiled and profesisonally decorated. One of the guest house bedrooms is located in an open loft (with king bed) over the living room; the other in a lower level. The guest house has splendid views from living room, deck, and lower bedroom.
Please note there are only a limited number of legal rentals in the City of Napa. Only those properties who have received a Vacation Rental Permit may lease their homes for less than a thirty day minimum time period. Rentals less than 30 days also require the collection and payment of transient occupancy tax and only legal rentals may collect those taxes. Please ask for confirmation of the property's valid vacation rental permit before renting within the City of Napa.

Five burner Thermador cooktop on island allows chef to prepare meals while visiting with guests seated at island. Adjustable height down draft vent works with all height pots. Guest house has kitchen with refrigerator, stove, and coffee maker for breakfast preparation.

- No Pets Allowed: Both homes have een refurbished -- please no pets.
- Not Suitable for Children: I must stress that the main house on this property has open riser staircases and glass railings that are not suitable for children. In addition the guest house has two circular stairways that could be difficult for children as well. All stairways meet code requirements for private residences, but these stairways are not designed with children in mind.
