Our unit is located on the 21st floor with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. From the balcony, enjoy your favorite refreshment and relax while listening to the sounds of the gulf waters. Inside our vacation condo you will feel at ease. We have kept it simple with beach colors and room to move around freely. The condo comfortably sleeps six with a Queen-size bed in the master bedroom, a bunk area, and a queen-size hide-a-bed in the living area. There are also TWO full baths, a breakfast bar, separate dining area, and a large living room area with a spectacular view of the beach, ocean and pool deck. The fully-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, built-in microwave, coffeemaker, and blender.

Amenities include 2 pools with one being heated and a hot tub all located overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, easy access to the white sandy beaches from the pool area, three of the fastest elevators in town, a high quality exercise facility with a variety of machines and free weights, game room, and covered parking garage.


Because we work with Resort Quest to help us manage our condo, we would also like to mention some advantages that we have to offer. Resort Quest has an office on sight at Seychelles and they are available Monday through Saturday. This is very convenient for check in and any other concerns you may have during your stay. We are also offering a program called “Passport to Fun”. Guests that stay in our condo will receive complimentary admissions/fares to some of the most popular attractions in the area for EACH paid night of their stay.
