Our large corner unit in the newly finished Ariel Dunes at the Seascape Resort, offers a great wrap around balcony accessible from the living areas and master suite where you'll enjoy beautiful Gulf views, sunsets and overlooks our fabulous pools!

The king master suite has separate shower and tub areas, double sinks, TV/DVD and spacious balcony with Gulf views! 2 Queen suites each have own private bath and flat screen TV, one with balcony overlooking a gorgeous view of the Seascape Golf Course.

The large living / dining area is beautifully decorated and
has access to the Gulf view balcony and fully equipped kitchen
with upgraded appliances and granite counter tops. Also a NEW 42" HDTV and DVD player.

You will enjoy our two large pools totaling over 11,000 square feet. Relax, swim, and soak up the sun at the adult only pool while the kids are having a blast in the gently sloped pool with mushroom waterfall. Ariel Dunes boasts 2000 feet of magnificent open shoreline on the Gulf of Mexico for your enjoyment and pleasure! The Ariel Dunes / Seascape Resort includes an 18 hole golf course, tennis courts and many walking and jogging paths.

Destin provides amazing year round golf, fishing and shopping is at a premium at one of our many upscale boutiques, Destin Commons out door Mall or Silver Sands Outlet with over 100 name brand stores!
