Why the Owner Chose Summertree Village
Our condo is located a block from the beach -- an easy 5 minute walk. Our home away from home is in a quiet "village" that is close to everything, yet still provides a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. There are plenty of trees for a shaded nap by the pool and plenty of courtyard space for those looking to work on their tans. Myrtle Beach has so much to offer and this fully furnished condo enables vacationers to enjoy as much or as little of Myrtle Beach as they wish. There are plenty of golf courses, restaurants, shows, attractions, and shopping that we never run out of things to do. We have been vacationing in Myrtle Beach since 1989 and love each and every one of our memorable vacations.

This condo was very nice, even though it was in a rather large condo community, it was very quiet. The rooms were spread apart, which kept me and my husband from clashing with the two teenagers who went along with us. The kitchen was good sized and very well equipped. The walk to the beach was a little far, but when we had a ton of stuff to bring, we just drove the car down and dropped off all the chairs, umbrella's and coolers. The condo was centrally located between North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach, so nothing was too far away. Great place, very clean. Would stay there again.

For those who are interested in driving to the beach, there are a limited number of parking spaces available for an hourly charge. Our condo is located in the northern section of Myrtle Beach, close to North Myrtle Beach and the heart of Myrtle Beach. We are minutes from Restaurant Row on US 17.

This is our second time renting this condo, and we feel "at home" when we get there. It is always so clean and neat, and this year we had some great additions. A new couch and an inviting set of patio furniture, THe rooms were newly painted, too. It is apparent that this condo is looked after with great care. As usual, the golf is great, and close to home. The restaurants are varied, and many are located a few minutes from the condo. We spent several afternoons at the beach, listening to good music and enjoying the sunshine. It's an easy walk to the beach, and we love not having to look for a parking space to get to the ocean. The indoor pool has been redone this year, and was a great way to relax after a round of golf. All this adds up to a great vacation, with no worries, and many great attractions. (There are many, many restaurants just a few blocks away....all are great!!!) We loolk forward to next year, and a return visit.

Our visit to Myrtle Beach was wonderful. In addition to a great beach, fun restaurants and many enjoyable activities, the condo was all we could have hoped for. It was exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, breakfast on the screened in porch and the ability to do our own laundry. All in all a great experience. We hope to return next year.

Condo location is great! At the quiet end of Myrtle Beach with plenty of things to do! Only a short walk to the beach and a short drive to everything else, shopping, dinning and entertainment! Great nightclub, 2001, right up the road for dancing! And Finn McCools is a pub within walking distance that has great low priced meals for lunch or dinner for the whole family. Four other couples vacationed with us at Summertree Village in separate condos. Their condos were very nice also but this unit, A3, was more convenient being located on the first level. Very neat, clean and up to date. The owner went the extra mile when I misplaced the keys to the condo! Hoping to vacation here again next year!
