This fantastic 2800 square foot home has been totally renovated and newly furnished. It features an open downstairs floor plan to allow for maximum entertaining for wedding parties, reunions, beachgoers or fishermen. The home features televisions in every bedroom and a 42" flat plasma flat screen in living room. It also has a wet bar and two dining areas for enjoyment.
We have 2nd floor balconies on both the front and back of the home and a private hot tub within a gazebo on the rear deck. We also have a fenced rear yard area with outdoor shower for sunbathers and a picnic table uner rear deck.
Leave your car in the drive and walk to the beach or any of the numerous restaurants on the street, including "Big Sam's"- the favorite spot for locals year 'round, "Rudeee's" featuring a large deck for dining and cocktails, the famous "Rockefellers" restaurant, and the newest addition, "Hooks, Saltwater Grille".
