My family stayed at this condo in the summer of 2012. This is a wonderfully decorated and well maintained condo. Being only on the second floor was another plus. I was concerned about having to cross the road to get to the beach, but it was only a two lane highway. The road is busy, but people were very respectful when crossing. I had no problem with it and we had our daughters (3 yr and 5 mo old at the time) with us. The owner was quite nice and easy to deal with. We highly recommend doing business with him. We hope to return soon!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

I absolutely loved this condo. The condo was super clean and beautifully decorated. Being on the second floor was great we had an awesome view of the ocean. The owner was great to work with I will definitely refer this condo to anyone who is planning a vacation to Destin. I have stayed in many Condos and this one is by far my favorite.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, people with disabilities, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.
