The house is a GVR(Green Valley Recreation) property and just two blocks (a very short walk) from the Madera Vista pool which has a fabulous view, hot tub, shuffle board, a tennis court and a club house with kitchen for medium size gatherings. Las Companas is less than a mile away and has workout facilities as well, as pool, hot tub, and racquetball court.

My husband and I purchased this vacation home to spend a few months during the winter to avoid the the cold winters in
Ohio. My husband passed away several years ago and since then I have not used the home for myself. My daughter, Sandra,
is handling the rentals for me and keeps the house in order. I am ready to sell this home, so if you are interested in buying

Why the Owner Chose Madera Vista
Green Valley has beautiful views of the mountains across the (really) green valley inbetween, There are pecan groves in the valley that make it green, not sure where the pecans go? Tubac for history and a bit of shopping and eating is not far and the historic San Xavier is just north and it is 30 minutes to downtown Tucson, also historic and the university is there as well. Golf courses for you golfers and tennis courts. This house is GVR
which allows you to take part is the activities that GVR offers.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
The fireplace is such a cozy place when there is a chill outside and with the doors to the patio from the living room you can still enjoy the outside.
The patio is private, has two tables and is very private. I especially like that the pool is just a block from my front door. The pool has beautiful
mountain views, tennis courts and a hot tub.
