Estrella Del Mar is one of Mexico’s top destination golf and beach resorts. Situated in an 816-acre, gated community with tropical landscaping our guests are privy to Mexico’s best kept secret. An amazing infinity pool, private bar & lounging area are right outside your balcony. Just beyond is the Pacific Ocean, providing daily views of dolphins swimming by, occasional whale sightings and an amazing sunset. Bikes and boogey boards available for rent. Horseback riding also available.
The private beach offers 3.5 miles of pristine sand. Our front door leads to one of Mexico's top rated golf courses, a Robert Trent Jones Jr. 18-hole championship golf course. Golf 18-holes after 1pm for only $45 (includes cart).
Over 1200+ square feet - our condo is brand new, everything is newly furnished (granite counter tops, marble floors, etc). The master bedroom has a king bed, own tv, private bath area and separate patio doors that lead to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a queen and twin bed, own bath and lots of room for luggage and clothes.
We also have a separate powder room for guests to use.
Our unit is very close to the stairs that lead down to the pool/beach. We're on the 2nd floor - our unit only has 3 levels.
The mini-mart and clubhouse restaurant are short walks from our condo. The resort has shuttles running throuhout the day, free of charge if you don't feel like walking. You can get most of the basics at the mini-mart. The clubhouse will also deliver food to the condo if you feel like staying in or eating by the pool. Grocery service is also available if you'd like to make your own meals in our fully stocked kitchen (GE Profile appliances). $15 minimum order - charge is 15% of the total grocery order. Spa services are also available at the Villas in the resort.
If you want to get some exercise during your stay you can participate in water aerobics or visit the elaborate fitness center located at the clubhouse. Tennis courts also included.
Mazatlan also offers bass fishing at lunker Lake El Salto, where last year alone, over 350 bass weighing ten pounds or more were caught. El Salto is considered by most to be the #1 trophy bass lake in the world with a lake record of eighteen and one half pounds.
The city of Mazatlan provides great shopping, nightlife, golf, restaurants, festivals & the 2nd largest mardi gras party in the world. Taxi's and shuttles are always available to take you where you want to go. Parking garage space included in condo rate - car rental available at the airport.

Why the Owner Chose Mazatlan
We bought this unit as we fell in love with Estrella del Mar while visiting family that lives at Estrella del Mar. The resort is truly a diamond in the ruff. Removed from tacky beach vendors and noisy streets, the resort offers relaxation surrounded by beautiful views.
