Sunriver Location: This tastefully decorated 1450 sq ft home at #3 Quail Lane is on the west side of North Ponderosa Drive.
The new SHARC (Sunriver Aquatic and Rec Center, OPENING MAY 2012) is a 2-minute walk from Quail Lane and access is included with your booking!
It is just a short walk or three minute bike ride along Beaver Drive to the Sunriver Village Mall, the center for many resort activities. The Sunriver Lodge area, tennis courts, and other amenities are a short bike ride away. Fort Rock Park with children’s play area and tennis courts is north on Beaver Drive. We manage #2 Quail Lane (VRBO # 61152), making it possible for larger groups of up to 20 to stay adjacent to each other.
Living Area & Game Room: The home is spacious both inside and out, with separate living and dining areas. The gas fireplace provides ambiance and warmth in the winter, with a foosball table in the adjacent game room that opens onto the deck through a sliding glass door. There is a 32 inch LCD TV with cable and DVD, stereo with CD player and high speed wireless internet acess.
Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen is open to the dining area with large table and comfortable seating for 8. A sliding glass door off the dining area leads out onto the deck and gas BBQ.
Bedrooms & Baths: The large king master suite has a king bed with private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a double/single bunk. The hall bath is nearby; all three bedrooms have LCD TVs with DVDs. A full-sized hide-a-bed is located in the living area.

Attention to Quality:
We are owner-managers who live 15 minutes away from Sunriver in Bend and are able to oversee the condition of our properties. We generally check on our homes between guests to ensure maintenance items have been addressed and the home is prepared for your arrival. We pay slightly more for our housekeeping service to get the quality we desire.
Attention to detail includes fresh coffee beans and a grinder for those who enjoy a cup or two to start the morning. Kitchens are fully supplied with commonly used cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. In the baths you will find a selection of upgraded starter toiletries that includes shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap, as well as a hair dryer.
Deck and Hot Tub: The wrap around deck provides an ideal setting to enjoy the large common area and open ponderosa pine forest on three sides of the home. There is a hot tub for 7, gas barbecue, patio furniture and built-in benches.
Parking and Bikes: An extended single-car garage provides parking out of the weather, with additional parking on the paved drive. Five adult cruiser bikes and 2-child bike trailer are available for guests.

Sunriver Resort: Sunriver is located on the east slopes of the Cascade Mountains in the heart of Central Oregon’s Recreational Paradise. This popular world-class resort has extensive bike paths, three 18-hole golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools, parks, and shopping center with a variety of shops and restaurants. Mount Bachelor ski area is just 20 minutes away, along with the Cascade Lakes recreational area and nearby High Desert Museum.
No Smoking. Pets are allowed with $15/night per pet fee.

We just returned from a stay in #3 Quail at Sunriver and we were very happy with the home. We took our grandkids with us and they loved the hot tub and foosball table. Both the pool passes and the bikes were enjoyed by everyone. The house was exactly as shown on the website, clean, well stocked and up to date, we had everything we could need. We would feel good about recommending this home to anyone we know.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed with some friends at this rental. There were 6 of us total that stayed at the place. It was great, we brought our own food, cooked, relaxed and hot tubbed! It was great. Upon arival, we had no problems getting into the place, and through our stay the place was stocked with everything that we needed from kitchen supplies to bikes and a warm hot tub! The living room and kitchen was nice and open, which was perfect for us, and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for 6 people. You could have up to 2 more on the pull out coach but 6 was comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay, and would stay again in a heart beat!

We had an amazing vacation staying at your home. We loved that it was close to the mall and south pool. The deck was absolutely wonderful. Our kids enjoyed playing with the foosball table. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. We will defintely be back.

Very nice home, well furnished, especially the kitchen. The wrap-around deck is nice. Spacious living room. Very comfortable bed in master bedroom. Well maintained bikes with lock cables provided. Close to the village area, but not near traffic noise. Railroad nearby - you can definitely hear the occasional trains but it wouldn't stop me from staying here again. Owner very responsive. Received email replies within a day on a couple of minor maintenance issues. (We wished they had Mavericks passes, but the outdoor pool was available, for which they have passes.) Overall - very good home. The price was right and we would stay here again.
