This tastefully decorated 1450 sq ft home at #3 Quail Lane is on the west side of North Poderosa Drive. The home has a spacious living area and separate dining area, and the master suite has a new king bed with headboard. There is gas fireplace in the living area, with a foosball table in the nearby game room. The wrap around deck provides an ideal setting to enjoy the large common area and open Ponderosa Pine forest on two sides of the home.
It is just a short walk or three minute bike ride along Beaver Drive to the Sunriver Village Mall, the center for many resort activities. The Sunriver Lodge area with south swimming pool, tennis courts, and other amenities is a short bike ride away. Fort Rock Park with children’s play area and tennis courts is north on Beaver Drive. We also own #2 Quail Lane (VRBO # 61152), making it possible for larger groups of up to 20 to stay adjacent to each other.

Living Area & Game Room: The home is spacious both inside and out, with a light and bright atmosphere. The large living area includes a gas fireplace, 27-inch TV with DVD and VCR, stereo with CD player and high speed wireless internet acess. A queen hide-a-bed is located in the living area. The adjacent game room with foosball table opens onto the deck.
Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen is open to the dining area with large table and comfortable seating for 8. A sliding glass door off the dining area leads out onto the deck.
Bedrooms & Baths: The large master suite has a new king bed with private bath. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a double/single bunk. The hall bath is nearby; all three bedrooms have TVs/VCRs.
Deck and Hot Tub: The 10-foot deck wraps around three sides of the home, with hot tub for 7, gas barbecue, patio furniture and built-in benches. A large common area with open ponderosa pine forest extends from the deck.
Parking and Bikes: An extended single-car garage provides parking out of the weather, with additional parking on the paved drive. Five new adult cruiser bikes and Burley 2-child bike trailer are available for guests.
Sunriver Resort: Sunriver is located on the east slopes of the Cascade Mountains in the heart of Central Oregon’s Recreational Paradise. This popular world-class resort has extensive bike paths, three 18-hole golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools, parks, and shopping center with a variety of restaurants. Mount Bachelor ski area is just 20 minutes away, along with the Cascade Lakes recreational area and nearby High Desert Museum.

I have to tell you I was extremely pleased. The location and layout of the home was perfect. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The foosball table was a nice extra! Very comfortable master bed. We will definitely be back!

Very nice home, well furnished, especially the kitchen. The wrap-around deck is nice. Spacious living room. Very comfortable bed in master bedroom. Well maintained bikes with lock cables provided. Close to the village area, but not near traffic noise. Overall - very good home. The price was right and we would stay here again.

I just wanted to let you know how very much we enjoyed our time in Sunriver and especially your vacation home. The house had everything we needed and much more. We were all so comfortable and made good use of the hot tub, movies, kitchen supplies, BBQ and bikes. We really enjoyeyd our stay at Quail #3. The house was clean, tastefully decorated, and has all the things you need to feel at home. The bikes were fun, and having the BBQ was great. The area was very quiet, but close to the action. We had a wonderful stay, and we'll be back for sure!
