We just returned from a stay in #3 Quail at Sunriver and we were very happy with the home. We took our grandkids with us and they loved the hot tub and foosball table. Both the pool passes and the bikes were enjoyed by everyone. The house was exactly as shown on the website, clean, well stocked and up to date, we had everything we could need. We would feel good about recommending this home to anyone we know.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed with some friends at this rental. There were 6 of us total that stayed at the place. It was great, we brought our own food, cooked, relaxed and hot tubbed! It was great. Upon arival, we had no problems getting into the place, and through our stay the place was stocked with everything that we needed from kitchen supplies to bikes and a warm hot tub! The living room and kitchen was nice and open, which was perfect for us, and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for 6 people. You could have up to 2 more on the pull out coach but 6 was comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay, and would stay again in a heart beat!

We just got back from a week stay in Quail #3 and we are already looking forward to next year. Your home is well equiped, very clean and very comfortable. It was great to sit out on the deck throughout the day. Our kids enjoyed the foosball table as well. Thank you for sharing your home.

We had an amazing vacation staying at your home. We loved that it was close to the mall and south pool. The deck was absolutely wonderful. Our kids enjoyed playing with the foosball table. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. We will defintely be back.

I have to tell you I was extremely pleased. The location and layout of the home was perfect. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The foosball table was a nice extra! Very comfortable master bed. We will definitely be back!

Close to the village area, but not near traffic noise. Railroad nearby - you can definitely hear the occasional trains but it wouldn't stop me from staying here again. Owner very responsive. Received email replies within a day on a couple of minor maintenance issues. (We wished they had Mavericks passes, but the outdoor pool was available, for which they have passes.) Overall - very good home. The price was right and we would stay here again.

I just wanted to let you know how very much we enjoyed our time in Sunriver and especially your vacation home. The house had everything we needed and much more. We were all so comfortable and made good use of the hot tub, movies, kitchen supplies, BBQ and bikes. This rental was terrific. It was a good value, really close to Bachelor. We loved it.

We had a great time and the house was perfect. We loved the little things, like having enough towels and garbage bags. The bikes worked great. We really enjoyed our time, I am sure we will be back again.

We arrived yesterday at your wonderful home in Sunriver. I want to compliment your cleaning service. When we walked in, lamps were on, soft music was playing and we felt so welcomed. The place was spotless, the kitchen is so well equipped. The setting is so beautiful. A hot tub soak last night was delightful and I love the soft sheets on the bed. Thank you for everything. The house was wonderful. It was immaculate upon arrival. We have rented numerous vacation homes and this was definitely the best. The owners of this house have really done a wonderful job. The house is so spacious, comfortable and warm. Every room is decorated with themes ranging from the old west to Italian vineyards. The artwork was great. Our favorite was the painting "A Hole In One". We stayed here for four nights and anything we needed was found at the house. The bikes and BBQ were some of the many bonuses. Although we could have spent the whole time at the house we did manage to take walks in the snow and bike rides on the endless trails in Sunriver. When at the house, we could watch the traffic of deer, squirrels and chipmunks. The best thing about the house was the hot tub. We spent countless hours in it day and night. With the temperature hovering just above freezing, it definitely felt good in the warm waters. A cozy fire in the evenings capped off the beautiful days. We would like to thank the owners again. They were very responsive and easy to deal with. We will definitely do it again.

We enjoyed this home in mid-August 2002. There were 5 adults and 2 large dogs, the home accomodated us all very comfortably. Absolutely everything we needed was in the kitchen, the bar-b-cue made for great dinners. The hot tub was excellent, expecially watching the stars at night!! This home is very centrally located near the main entrance to Sunriver, good locations to bike paths in several directions. In general the home was very clean, comfortable ammenities and provided a great place for a fun trip to Central Oregon.
