There are two executive units one on the ground floor, (garden unit with plenty of privacy) and one on the second floor beach front. Easy access to pool area, beach, spa, gym etc. One of the few areas you can swim in the ocean...you are on the main beach of Cabo...Mendado Beach....walk on the beach to the marina and downtown .
Or walk on the street Only 5 blocks to walk to downtown, many restaurants, the mall, the marina, and the night life....extremely safe to walk...no crime or harassment on the streets....great for morning walks, running through the back streets....Or Rent a car and drive north on the coast highway to Todo Santos...art town and where the famous "Hotel California" is...only one hours drive...easy road. or drive east to Cabo San Jose, about 30 miles, to this old quaint town...this is where you fly into is the Cabo San Jose International Airport.
