This wonderful unit on the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain was gutted and completely redone over a two-year period of time, ending in early 2006. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, full bath attached and a TV/DVD. There is a small room for children with bunkbed, large amount of storage under the bed, a TV, and room to hang clothes. The loft holds a king-sized bed, full bath, chest for storage, and plenty of room to hang clothes. The two king-sized beds can be made into two extra-long twin beds if needed. The kitchen is state-of-the-art, with solid rosewood cupboards and state-of-the-art appliances and equipment for gourmet cooking.
There is a lovely view of Blackcomb Mountain from the living room and loft, a balcony overlooking this view, and the unit is in a great place for wildlife watching, especially black bear and deer. Parking is under the building, with room to store bicycles and ski equipment. It is a fabulous place to relax, to enjoy nature, to golf, ski, go mountain biking, anything that the Whistler area offers. You are a short walking distance to Whistler shops and restaurants and there is a free shuttle to take you from one area to another. |
