NEW HOME in a new community. This new home has 4 bedrooms and a large den with three full bathrooms and one half bath. Less than 5 miles to Rehoboth and Lewes beaches. Rehoboth's boardwalk will have something for everyone. Enjoy shopping at 133 stores in the Tanger outlet mall. There are many fine restaurants, grocery stores, nightlife, and historic Lewes with it's antique shopping and quaint restaurants, all within a few minutes of this peaceful home. The Cape May - Lewes ferry is also just 10 minutes away if you feel like shooting up to Atlantic City.

This home is unique in that it has 2 master suites, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. It is furnished with one king bed, one queen bed, 1 full bed, and a set of twin beds. King and Queen size beds are in the master suites, both have large bathrooms with a oversized soaking tub, his and her vanities, and walk in closet.

The first floor includes a large eat-in Kitchen. Our fully equipped kitchen has a large sunroom for you to relax in. There is a Family Room with a 42" Plasma HDTV, Laundry Room with oversized washer and dryer, and a powder room. There is also a children's playroom complete with exersaucer and a baby swing! On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms fully decorated and ready to use. There is plenty of closet space and this house is clean, comfortable and cozy. There is plenty of room for everyone! All linens are included.

The community itself boasts a brand new, beautiful, walking paths throughout the neighborhood and a crabbing and fishing pier.

Just minutes away is Tanger Outlet Shopping, Golf, Water Sports, Sightseeing, Theaters, Camping, Antiques, Water Parks, Miniature Golfing, and Go Karting. Or take the day to relax at beautiful Cape Henlopen State Park where you can lay on their fully guarded beach, sightsee, or you can hike, bike or walk on their two miles of trails. If you prefer, you can spend the day relaxing on the beach searching for that perfect seashell or trying to spot the dolphins just offshore. Charming downtown Lewes is just minutes away. Rehoboth beach and its family-friendly boardwalk is just 5 miles to the south.
