The Penthouse is 1600sq feet very private and spectacular....full kitchen, dining room, living room.... two spacious bedrooms with private baths and balcony...then upstairs to the penthouse....an apartment by itself...large private deck for sunbathing and your own spa...what a view.....your on top of the world.

- This condo/hotel is only 6 floors...the penthouse is on the 6th floor and the actual penthouse is on the 7th only access is through the penthouse itself...no out side access...totally private...sun bath in private, spa in private you are on top of the world...view of the beach, ocean, harbor and "Lands End" the end of the Baja. magnificant....the penthouse has a large living area/room a dining room, full kitchen...one bedroom off of each side of these quarters...both bedrooms have private bath and balcony with spa...upstairs...ah! the "Penthouse" large bedroom, king bed, tv etc. large dressing area and bath...outside the patio with your own spa and lounge area for sunbathing...also outside bar area for entertaining...totally private...there are only 5 penthouses at the Rose....it is truly luxurious!
