Our condo at Ka'anapali Shores is located on the sunny west side of Maui, just north of the resort town of Lahaina and Whalers Village. The resort rests along the calm waters of the Auau Channel facing the neighboring islands of Lana’i and Moloka’i. This calm channel provides for some of the world’s best viewing of humpback whales from December through April. The three islands also offer many of the world’s finest championship golf courses. From the 10,000-foot summit of Haleakala Crater to the shores of some of the world’s finest soft white sand beaches, Maui has a breadth of exhilarating outdoor sights, activities, and entertainment for every visitor.
As for the resort, Ka'anapali Shores sits directly on the World-Renowned Ka'anapali Beach known for its soft, sandy bottom and gentle slope making it perfect for kids and adults of all ages. The condo is unit #916 located on the Penthouse Floor of the northern tower of the Ka'anapali Shores Resort. This is a newly, fully renovated unit with over 1000 square feet of living space and wall-to-wall ocean views from the living room and both bed rooms.
Your condominium is just steps from the ocean, hot tubs, and oceanfront and kid pools. The unit comfortably sleeps 2 to 6 people. The large master bedroom has an ocean view with private lanai and private bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin/single beds and ocean view. The living room, with expansive ocean view lanai, has a convertible sofa for an additional two guests. Ideal for families or couples.
Your condo is attractively furnished and exceeds typical Ka'anapali Shore suites. The view from your lanai includes a spectacular show of humpback whales from December through April. Enjoy awakening to sunrise viewing the island of Moloka'i over a fresh cup of Kona coffee. Because this is our second home, you will discover many extras - custom decor, brand new appliances and bedding, coolers for use at the beach and poolside, and a cook's kitchen with all the accessories to make the stay enjoyable.

The ability to grocery shop and have access to a refrigerator, freezer and coolers offer a tremendous cost savings! You can cook in the condo or use the grills! Kathy, I want to thank you for opening your Hawaii home to us. We felt very welcome when we step through the doors at Kaanapali Shores. We spent two weeks in paradise. We had a wonderful time with our Daughter and her husband the first week and just my wife and I the second. I might suggest your potential customers, to do their research on the Island of Maui. It can be very expensive to dine. We spent several weeks prior to our vacation and went online, we found that most restaurants, clothing stores and activities have coupons. We saved a lot of money using these. The snorkel equipment was “2 for 1 rental” at Boss Frogs. Black Rock was the best place to snorkel. We rented bikes for a week and went on a snorkel trip to Molokini. Our kids decided to drive to Hana; we have done this in the past, you really only want to do this once. We really enjoyed the Aquarium; you get to see turtles, the exotic fish and sharks with a clear walk thru in the tank. I have in the past played many rounds of golf in Maui. Some of the best golf courses in the world is located on Maui. This year I decided to leave the clubs at home and spend more time with the family. You were correct that if you leave the sliding doors open for given time, you may find visitors. The little birds have no fear of humans. On the Lani they will sit next to you and talk up a storm. If you give one a piece of bread they will tell 50 of their friends and you will have a concert. The pools were great, we liked the one in front (square one) with the bar. Gary our pool hostess took care of every need we had. What a thrill watching the NBA playoffs next to the pool with a cold drink in your hand. Your home was nicely decorated in Hawaiian culture. We loved the flat screen TV in the master bedroom. The jetted tub was great after a hard day of shopping. Also we found out that when you check in and pay in advance for parking for our vehicle a second vehicle was no charge. Thank you again, we will be back! Mahalo,

It was a great trip and the weather was perfect until the last 2 days, when it got kind of cloudy and cooler, Even still, it was in the high 70's on those days and the other days were in the 80's. We returned home to a high of 40 yesterday! Your condo is very comfortable and well furnished and equipped with everything anyone could need. We especially appreciated being able to use the beach chairs. We loved the location and the view from the balcony is spectacular."

We had a wonderful time for our first time in Maui thanks in part to the wonderful condo that we stayed in. It was located in a great location, was beautifully decorated, clean and we loved being able to use the beach chairs that were provided. This property has it all! I will be going back to Maui and I will request this condo. It has everything you need for a fantastic stay on one of the most beautiful islands. My husband and I loved the secluded and private location at the Kaanapali Aston Shores which set back away from the beach but still within a breathtaking distance to the ocean. It really felt like home and I was emotionally attached by the end of our trip. I didn't want to leave! I highly recommend this condo for anyone travelling to Maui. Everything is within walking distance and the scenery is the best.

my family of 6 stayed in this condo from 8/31 - 9/9 and didn't want to leave. The condo was exactly as it is described and the grounds are beautiful but nothing beats the views from every room. I enjoyed sleeping with the windows open and listening to the waves. Kathy is very helpful and answered every question that I had prior to our vacation. I will rent this condo for our future vacations.
